Richard from the Banbridge Showroom just finished fitting our beautiful new worktop overlays. Richard is professional, easy to work with and we had great communication throughout. It was so helpful to have Richard come to our home and show us samples. The whole experience was relaxed, Richard measured up and given us a price during the visit, there was no pressure on us to commit right away. We are very happy that we chose to go with Richard. The attention to detail, pride in the work and finish was all excellent.

I wrote a 5star review 4 days ago about this company whilst the Banbridge rep who carried out the work stood in my kitchen finalising his bill of costs on his phone. When the review was completed he gave me his bill. In doing so, he then failed to honour the agreed cost of the works that were done. On top of this he then added further costs of goods purchased for the project which he had told me would be significantly less, but also failed to produce any additional invoices or paperwork associated with the additional costs. Stupidly, he was paid, but the next day I again asked for proof of costs and invoices but he has now blocked my calls. The project has cost several hundreds more than quoted, with no additional work being carried out. There is a serious lack of honesty, integrity and transparency in how he carries out the business (this is purely a reflection of the Co Down branch). I have taken 4 days to amend my review to ensure it is not a knee jerk reaction to being ripped off. Such a shame, given that the workmanship was excellent but please be aware if using this business in the future. Clearly I would not recommend him.

We’ve just had our kitchen transformed by Richard from the Banbridge Co Down showroom. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent, professional and was completed on time to Richard’s very high standards. Richard was first class from day 1. Quoted price, gave good guidance on what to do and what not to do. Expert in his work and keen eye for detail. Great design experience and solution orientated.
We were planning on painting our existing cupboards but once the new worktops were installed they completely lifted the whole kitchen. The new worktops picked from the samples shown totally matched the existing cupboards. Great job fully recommend.

It’s the big dilemma, one or the other…but now you really can have both! Richard from Banbridge transformed our 25 year old kitchen into a sparkling and beautiful new room and for the fraction of the cost of a new kitchen. We have gorgeous new worktops, matching backsplash and a sparking new stainless steel sink. All achieved within a few days with neither mess nor hassle thanks to the meticulously hard working Richard.

My kitchen cupboards and countertop were in desperate need of a makeover. I searched and found granite trend and transformations and boy am I glad I did. Richard with the Banbridge showroom was amazing. He was meticulous with the measurements and installation of my cabinet doors ,countertop and backsplash. I have already recommended him to a couple of my coworkers. Best decision I’ve ever made I love my new kitchen.

We contacted Richard from the Banbridge branch requesting information about refurbishing our worktops.
Richard’s approach to us was professional confident friendly and polite but above all he is very knowledgeable about the product and explained in detail what getting it fitted would entail and how he was going to approach the joins etc
Richard came back at a later date to make the template for the job again his mannerism was polite and professional
Richard again contacted us and we agreed a date for the job to start.
Richard arrived on time and worked relentlessly and meticulously all day. A very tidy worker cleaning as he went along both inside and outside the house. On completion he ask us to come and inspect his work and he made sure we were happy with the finish before received the final balance. The quality and workmanship are both excellent.
We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Richard to family or friends. To say we are very satisfied customers is an understatement
