Beautiful new kitchen
The installation was carried out efficiently. The installer, Dan, was very helpful and carried out the work with minimum of disruption. The worktops are really y amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to carry out an economic kitchen face-lift.

We are so pleased with our new granite tops in our kitchen from when we first looked at them in the show room then they came out to measure up and do a template until the day were fitted was all very professional!! We were told would only take a day and have no mess and this was very true !! Our new tops and sink are wonderful and we would highly recommend this company thank you once again

Poor after sales service
Arranged for Granite transformations to replace worktops. Measurements taken on home visit and template made. Fitter came and fitted worktops (good job) then it went downhill.
Less than 12 months after installation the edge of the worktop was chipped accidentally. Contacted company and the answer was 'edges are not covered on the warranty'
We were never told that through the whole process.
Asked for a repair to be made and reluctantly accepted that there would be an £80 charge but never get an answer to email communications. After sales service incredibly poor despite repeated emails. Was offered one appointment with a 'take it or leave it attitude' which wasn't convenient. Have now been in communication for a month but no progress made.
Generally satisfied but after care incredibly poor and BE AWARE edges not covered. You may wish to consider options before investing

Our surfaces are robust but, with any surface, care should be taken. Dropping heavy objects directly onto the surface or placing them down hard should be avoided. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, so this has come to our attention.
