It was very easy to contact the company. The reception staff were knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly.
The gentleman who came to measure the kitchen and check drawers and cupboards was professional and did a thorough job. Samples were provided and explained.
The reception staff kept in contact and made suitable appointments for the second assessment by the fitter.
A precise timeline for the work and payments was done verbally and in writing.
The kitchen was refurbished over 2 days. The gentleman did an excellent job and was very tidy.
The whole process was planned and there were no hold ups or dramas. Everything was supplied and delivered as agreed.
Payments was done in stages as the work progressed and was completed when the work was finished and approved.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Very pleased with granite transformation kitchen worktop. Kitchen looks great. Beautifully fitted and finished. All staff friendly, courteous and efficient. Work completed in stated timescale.

The product Quartz worktop overlays looks nice, though very expensive at just over £900/per sq mtr.
The company should use 'Plain English' in contract & other documentation, as it is currently overblown, and difficult to decipher, it should be minimal but concise; The job must be 'completely & satisfactorily finished'; as where a client is asked to sign for satisfactory completion in the rush to get off the job...it does not account for subsequent discovery of unsatisfactory work; They should not palm off the client to finalise work(silicone that showed up when dry - we were told to clean it off with methylated spirit or wait for several weeks or more till they can get back to the job); similarly the compound used to seal the void between inner right-angle edge of overlay and original bullnosed worktops, is supposed to set rock-hard in 24-48hrs....2 weeks later it's still soft. I think we are being generous in giving 3 stars, and that is also the view of others on our social media page. I asked Granite & Trendtransformations.co.uk Head Office via thier website contact form, 'Do you externally verify your franchise businesses to ensure they carry out work with your materials to a certain standard?' They never replied....that says a lot I think.

Excellent service from visit to Holt showroom in Norfolk, the follow-up consultation and template visit and subsequent fitting of units. Mike and John completed the works with minimum disruption and arrived bright and early over the 2 days it took to transform our kitchen (didn't even have to empty all the cupboards!). Follow-up visit to check some minor alignments was quick and efficient and everything looks wonderful. Thank you again for a wonderful service.

Got a brochure off the website I was then called a week later to see if I would be interested in a quote, I said yes, was then contacted the next day by a mobile number to see when I would be free so I sent my available times- Never heard back.
