I don’t very often do reviews but on this occasion I must .can’t recommend this company enough throughout from start to finish would like to thank Courtney Darren and Adam who fitted the kitchen excellent work arrived promptly an very polite.would also like to thank Emma who helped with a paint match I needed.so happy with my kitchen makeover everyone from start to finish went with ease .excellent company .if you are thinking of a makeover I would wholeheartedly recommend them .

The whole process was excellent
The whole process was excellent. From Ray the salesman to Roger and Adam who fitted the doors and fascias to Matt who gave up his football ticket to do the worktops on a Saturday. All round it was a good job done with little mess. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a kitchen update

Excellent worktops
From visiting the showroom through to installation we found everyone to be very helpful and friendly. Everyone turned up when they said they would and there has been very good communication from start to finish. We are very happy with our new worktops. The finish is excellent and we are both very fussy! Our new worktop has transformed our kitchen.

Fitters were polite and just got on with the job in hand but did fail to put back water supply to dishwasher. They did fix this promptly though

Excellent service!
Right from the start, we received prompt and professional service. We received phone calls on time, all company staff arrived exactly on time and were friendly and courteous. A big bonus is that we received a detailed costing immediately, this is an unusual service that enabled us to make the decision to go ahead quickly. All our preferences were met with ease and we are very happy with the results. The whole process to install the surfaces only took 5 hours and the cleaning up after was good. We have recommended the company to several friends and one of them has already made an appointment with you.

Lack of communication between your…
Lack of communication between your fitters resulted in coming back to us far too many times. It was commented that was not on my notes. Communication is paramount in any business and sadly you fell along way short.

Professional upgrade
Despite our installer, Richard, having to operate on his own assisted eventually by the plumber and electrician the work was carried out with expertise, enthusiasm and completed in a day. The installation is to our satisfaction and we would recommend anyone to engage Granite Transformations for their upgrade.
