This website sucks keeps taking me backwards
Would have loved to try it, but our first order never showed up. The replacement order was supposedly "delayed in customs". Finally requested a refund after waiting 2 months. Don't waste your time ordering from them. Hopefully we'll get refunded...

I've been a customer for 2 years. They have sent my orders on time according to my subscription. But recently this Gratsi Wine has been negligent in send ing my orders. They have collected my money and have not sent the wine and there is no tracking number - so it hasn't been sent yet. After contacting them several times, they apologized and offered a 10 percent discount on the order and wrote that the order would be sent the 1st week of March. It's the end of the 1st week - no wine and no tracking number. It looks like the company may be in financial trouble and they're getting money from customers without sending the wine.
Just by you READING AND REPLYING to my “issues” allows me to leave positive feedback. It’s KNOWING someone is actually PAYING ATTENTION to the consumer that makes a difference.

Great customer support and more importantly, GREAT WINE !
The money was removed out of my account February 12 and was told there's a delay. They gave me a 20 % discount but still no wine. Next week they're going to take money out of my account for March. My order is for 4 boxes of wine which is what I order every month
And I'm still waiting for my February order. I'm thinking about cancelling the rest of my orders and look elsewhere
Gratsi is helping as much as they can to help with my order
i didn’t receive wine during 3 weeks and on the moment of cancellation wine still wasn’t shipped yet.

I usually receive excellent customer service from this company. Not this time…extremely disappointed!
I needed to cancel my order at this time. Elaine in customer service is amazing! She is kind in her correspondences and very helpful!
I emailed about an issue with my last order and they answered promptly and very courteously.
Apparently the product I purchased was out of stock. The major frustration was with customer care not being able to provide any kind of estimate for delivery. I canceled the order and probably won’t attempt to purchase in the future.
