Made my first purchase from Gravel Pitshop recently. The plants I received were a delight. Was very lucky to get them at an unmatched price too.

Unfortunately the first shipment was lost in transit. And though no fault of Gravel Pitshop, they were very generous by including an extra and very beautiful plant in the second shipment.

I wish Gravel Pitshop nothing but the very best. So important to support small independents when we can, especially those that show generosity.

I have previously bought in store, but ordered online this time. My product arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Great little shop and spot on service.

Paid around £6 for 24 hour delivery, took 2/3 weeks to come. Emailed after a few days asking where my parcel was and they replied and said something about having a new courier but didn’t offer me a refund for the £6 24 hour postage I paid & told me that my parcel would come the next week. Waited another week and and the parcel still hadn’t come like they said it would, emailed again asking where it was, this email wasn’t replied to. The parcel did end up arriving but customer service was terrible & paying for £6 next day delivery and getting 3 week delivery is rubbish.

I was worried about buying houseplants online but I couldn't be more pleased with the service and plant quality from Gravel Pit. One of the plants on my order was out of stock but I was contacted straight away by Dan who offered me a refund but I asked him to send me an alternative plant and I was delighted with this.
I will definitely use them again.

They informed me of my parcel's whereabouts at all times. The parcel was packed well. I ordered my little sugar pot and they took care of delivering it promptly and in perfect condition. Very good service

Really healthy plant, wrong address printed on box so I had to track it down from my neighbours
