Grayson's crocked. I lost $4,135.44 from Fraud.
I canceled some furniture, and they never refunded my money. Bank Of America cooperated with the fraud.
The furniture was never received because they did not have the stock; I paid for one of the pieces twice. Once thru

Reviewing your order, I can see that you worked directly with Angela, our design associate, to complete your purchase. After your items were shipped, you issued a chargeback to your credit card, reporting fraud. By that time, some items had already been delivered, while others were still in transit.
We understood your concern regarding the cancellation of the undelivered items and acted promptly. We cooperated with you throughout the process, but after you filed a chargeback, we submitted all the necessary evidence to the bank. After a thorough review, the bank sided with us.
We understand the challenges you are facing, but it’s important to clarify that this situation was handled appropriately and in full compliance with established protocols. Both Bank of America and Chase Bank have confirmed that our actions were legitimate and the correct steps to resolve this matter.
