StairParts Connect, LLC Avis 78

This site is legit, I paid for some iron balusters with apple pay on Friday, received a tracking number late Monday through email, and the package was Mailed out Tuesday Morning. I live in New York and received the package on Thursday Night. Total time from ordering to receiving the package is 5 business days.

Part I ordered was in stock and shipped quickly. I had some confusion on the part when it arrived, so I emailed the company. Within a few minutes they called me and straightened out. Very nice gentleman on the phone and he was very helpful. I doubt I'll have any more needs for stair parts, but if I do, I'll be looking up this company.

I needed to order some special longer length fillet pieces as opposed to ordering several small sections. I called and spoke with Michael and he told me that it could "probably" be done but couldn't give me a definite answer, and I would have to wait to receive the pieces from the manufacturer before knowing for sure. Attitude on the phone was apathetic, at minimum average level customer service would've been to call the manufacturer first and verifying before just putting the order in and "seeing what happens".

The positive reviews online for StairPartsConnect.com provided me confidence to place my first order with them. Mike was very helpful and my order arrived surprisingly fast, in perfect condition. Overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this company.

Hi, I placed an order for two items. Ordering was simple, price was great, and items were beautiful.....except for the damage. Reordering was easy and follow up was great. I am still waiting for the second item, third recorder, to arrive without damage.
