Support for new remote to shades

Have had our motorized shades for 3 years but broke the remote. Bought another one but needed help pairing and programming remote to 5 shades. Called the support number on the website and the agent was awesome!!. I texted pics of the new remote so she could confirm I had one that was compatible and texted me the instructions to set the up/down limit on the shades. She was great. Didn't get her name though. :(

I needed something to cover a 8ft x 8ft sliding door. Possibilities were not plentiful or cheap. But I found Graywind online and the process was easy and far less pricey than my other options. I got smart vertical blinds 108" wide and 99" tall. They are controlled with a remote control or your voice. They are perfect. All light, some light or blackout. All by pushing a button. Quality is excellent and setup was a breeze... Will Definitely be back to Graywind!

Warranty honored

Pleased with quality and performance

Product received in a timely manner. My installer was impressed with the quality of the product, starting with the packaging. We are very pleased with the fit and operation of our power up/power down shade. In fact we are considering a secoind purchase for another room.

The measurements were precise and it works great. This is a completely custom window, it's a half crescent plus another foot or so. They ask for all the right measurements and it fit perfectly.

Graywind first order shipped out and…

Graywind first order shipped out and arrived promptly but the panel fabric could be seen through so I sent an email to see what could be done. They replied back with some fabric and colors I like. Up picked a dark gray color , they sent. An email with a very reasonable fee to order the new panels and received the order in 4days. The panel kit is easy to install, everything is well packed and when installed looks amazing and so easy to open and close!
My new home came with vinyl blinds , I will replace with the panel blinds and these panel binds can be installed over the existing blinds which gives me more options for Arizona sun and heat. This order is for a sliding glass door and I didn’t like typical vertical blinds because you have to pull a cord to open and close and a stick to turn to angle them. The panels are opened and closed with ease. Also have a remote controlled option but really don’t need it. I really like the look of the panels, they look modern and clean!

I bought the battery operated blinds for my arched window, high above my reach. My blinds are GREAT! Pretty easy for my handyman to install and they work great. And the company answered all my questions right away!
