Very responsive to questions and good quality control. They caught a number of problems that I had created and fixed them before we went forward with a product. The product worked great and still works great in the house. Very happy at the reasonable cost and great product.

Highly recommend Graywind!

We’ve purchased a total of seven motorized shades from Graywind in the last two or three years and they’ve been great!! I especially like the option of charging them with a charging cable, but for some we had to get a solar panel for charging. Those are newer so I hope they will work effectively. We’ve needed customer support and technical support from Graywind and they are fantastic about responding and resolving issues!! The shades are great quality and look very nice in our home. Also so functional.

Great experience with the team

Great experience with the team! Blinds are very nice and they arrived very quickly. One recommendation is to be sure to let the customer know that the blinds are already programmed. I did not know this and had to reprogram them myself.

The blind is working excellently. Also, the customer service has been excellent. I had an issue with understanding the remote. I was given assistance and it worked. There was also a follow up to be sure everything was working properly.
