Great courses for new staff and for compliance
We've used IT Governance's online GDPR/DPA2018 Course for our team and new starters since GDPR came in to force. Its a great way to support GDPR training and ensure all staff are fully informed. The back end admin reporting features are very useful for compliance. We have also sent staff on face to face courses with IT Governance which were also excellent.

Supportive helpful team
We work closely with IT Gov on maintaining our PCIDSS compliance and have done for several years. They provide year round support when requested as well as annual auditing, pen testing, staff training etc. We have always found the team good to work with.

PCI-DSS v4.0 Transition
We availed the services of IT Governance to transition our PCI-DSS certification to v4.0. IT Governance team was very helpful during the process. We had a Gap assessment performed by well experienced QSA and we were well advised by the QSA on the transition requirements. We completed our transition audit smoothly.

Excellent trainer, course and materials
Excellent trainer who fully understood the course and related materials and was able to give excellent guidance related to the final exam. Course materials covered everything required in good depth and the group discussions were able to give all candidates opportunity to contribute.

Simple, digestible training for Cyber Security Awareness
Comprehensive and digestible training covering key points to understand cyber security. Very simple to use and access at employee's own time. The addition of ISO 27001 has helped towards gaining certification.
Their webinar series is also extremely helpful and supportive for anyone new to Cyber Security or on a path to external certification.

Pretty bad customer experience so far
Pretty bad customer experience so far. Very painful to buy online courses with multiple failed attempts trying to pay online. Eventually succeeded. Once the account is created it's just not intuitive as to how you access the course. Keep getting told that I must add more information but the boxes are all greyed out. When using the online chat for help with its "responds within 30 seconds" banner, well so far it's been over an hour.
I'm also dubious about being forced to select the "annual renewal" option to allow me to proceed

GDPR Foundation Training Course
Excellent course delivered by an engaging instructor.
This is the second course delivered by IT Governance and would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for courses in this field.
This course delivers a lot of information in a short time, however this is done in the most consumable way possible and as a starting point on the complexities of GDPR it is excellent.
