I ordered a wheelchair from the website on Wednesday evening and received it on Friday morning, so quick and efficient, also £100 cheaper than a local mobility shop and with a free large cardboard box. I phoned with a query and the phone was answered straight away, no music, no recorded voice message instructions to press different numbers, and the enquiry dealt with immediately. I would recommend this firm.

Superb service and superb product (Sterling S475). I called and they missed my call but called straight back. Delivered on time exactly when it said it would. Excellent value for money. Will certainly be recommending you to others! Keep up the good work!

The customer service team is second to none; they will try to help you in any and all aspects of your problem. Scott is so helpful, understanding, polite, and goes above and beyond. We couldn't fault the team's work in any way. This is my second time pursuing a scooter from them, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Some problem with the courier..... quickly sorted by a member of staff that dropped it off in his own time on his way home from work as I needed it for the bank holiday weekend.

I Bought my Apex Rapid scooter this week 10.04.2024. from this company, the service we got from Scott & Ian was excellent, they were very nice to deal with and it was easy to choose my scooter and with next day delivery I was very happy.
I would highly recommend getting your mobility needs from this great little place thank you guys.

I love the scooter the only thing I wasn't happy about is putting it together as I got really confused

First of all please let me say I was expecting to be delivered a brand new boxed Item via a two man delivery team. The scooter arrived fully assembled by one person who drove the scooter from the van to my door He offered to show me how it came apart and advised me on battery charging. I paid for standard delivery not the so called white glove delivery I received. Great I hear you say you had better than expected service EXCEPT When I looked at aspects of the delivery it became clear this was not not a boxed brand new scooter but was one that had been on display in the store. It actually came with a sticker on it saying it had been sold a the date it had been sold. My issue with this is not that the scooter itself was marked or in less the pristine condition it’s that I don’t know how long it has been in the showroom being used as a demonstration scooter. Why is this important to me is purely the battery life I don’t know how old the battery is or how it has been charged which is very important with a Lithium battery. In short I paid for a brand new boxed item but received it appears an ex showroom scooter

I've never had such a great experience. Desperately needed a Rascal Viera Life and everywhere was out of stock. Rang up and not only did they have them but they were hundreds of pounds cheaper than anywhere else. Free Delivery came exactly when they said only a few days wait! Thank you so much!!! 👍👍👍

I would like to place on record how pleased I was to purchase a pavement scooter from this company. Lyndsey & Scott on sales, spencer the owner of the company & Nathan who delivered the scooter & gave my wife & myself a demonstration of how it worked. A brilliant company with staff to match, I would highly recommend anyone to buy a scooter from them, the backup if you need help after purchasing is second to none. It was a great experience dealing with them & my disabled wife now has the independence she was searching for to go out & vist our friends ect. We finally found a mobility place that offers finance interest free ! We tried other places that were over priced , but found a scooter that was £1000 cheaper , better build quality,a lot more sturdier ,longer range and much more comfortable for my wife .the guys and girls at great British mobility have great manners and very helpful and friendly, thank you all so much

Thought I had a problem with my battery charger but it turned out to the reset button. Spoke to Scott and a colleague. Both were extremely professional and helpfu. soon had the problem sorted. Great job lads!! Thanks. Richard

Excellent service. Once ordered scooter only took 5 days to be delivered. I had issue with charger not there fault. I rang and spoke them . Very helpful. Replacement sent arrived in a couple of days. Having sciatica in both legs. I am looking forward to getting out and about again. Thankyou

I recently purchased a mobility scooter from Great British Mobility, and I can't express how satisfied I am with the entire experience. Scott, the assistant who guided us over the phone, provided excellent service from the start. Despite encountering a couple of small issues, Scott swiftly and pleasantly rectified them. The level of customer care and the quality of the scooter exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Great British Mobility, and a special shout-out to Scott for his outstanding assistance.
While we have yet to take the scooter out for a spin, we are confident that with the exceptional service and support we've received from Great British Mobility, everything will be more than okay. The level of assurance and satisfaction we've experienced so far leaves us optimistic about the upcoming outings with the scooter. Highly recommend their services!

As promised I’ve just exchanged the power chair for a pride colt 2.0 not been out on it proper yet for a good test drive but just driving it in the house was great thank you so much Ian the manger/owner you be glad too see the back of me thanks again
