I received exceptional service from this company right from the first call through to the final delivery of my new mobility scooter. They certainly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. At first I spoke with Scott who was fantastic at explaining all about the scooter plus the white glove delivery process. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. The scooter was delivered by Ian who was extremely patient. He did a full demonstration of the scooter plus showed us how to disassemble the scooter and put it in the boot of the car. He then demonstrated how to rebuild the scooter - amazing service considering the 5.5 hour drive and early start to make the delivery. The lady who called to book the delivery was also polite and friendly.

Overall an exceptional service from this company so I would highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed. Also the scooter was competitively priced.

Excellent staff. Scott went above and beyond talking me through all options when picking out a scooter for my Nan. Despite telling him I wasn’t purchasing that day just enquiring he still took his time to help me understand everything and was very helpful. Not once did I feel rushed or anything.

GB Mobility helped my disabled sister get a basic scooter for her trip abroad. Easy to build and use. When it had a mechanical problem with the motor, GB Mobility were fantastic in their response.

With the need to exchange the scooter they helped up get an upgraded model instead of just replacing the original model and we got a fantastic experience in this.

Will happily recommend them for any Mobility scooter.

The customer service is amazing, and they are very helpful and knowledgeable I would not hesitate to send people to great British mobility

Scooter arrived less than 36 hours after ordering and I'm in the Glasgow area!

Zero stars for after sale customer service.
My wheelchair arrived with wrong wheel inserts, in October 2022.
My first email was unanswered.
After chasing them a month later, they sent me an excuse email, with a promise of sending the missing parts immediately, that day.
This was mid November.
They proceeded to ignore all of my follow up emails since, and no sign of the missing parts, no tracking info, nothing..
It is beyond sad..
Just shy of £1 900 spent, and I am not worthy of receiving the missing parts, nor a word of update.
Buy elsewhere, if you can.

Very satisfied with the service. Ordered my wife’s scooter on the 5th October and was delivered the next day. After a month using the scooter we are very happy.

Purchased a Lithilite mobile scooter. Excellent product especially the lightweight battery and the ease of disassembling for the car boot. Staff and delivery excellent. Was delivered within 24 hours as promised. Special thanks to Scott and also Ian.

Very easy company to deal with.
The scooter was a lot Cheaper than most other companies. Had to cancel
delivery several times due to illness
it was no problem.

Bought my mobility scooter on 9/8/22 at 11.30am it was delivered at 8.45 am 10/8/22 so quick .i can not fault this company i asked for it to be assembled for me and it came assembled .even got a phone call to make sure everything was ok the girl on the phone was really efficient and so nice will be buying a road scooter in the near future it will definitely from GREAT BRITISH MOBILITY Hats of to you 👩‍🦽👩‍🦽

Need some details on a mobility scooter, had all the info to hand. Called twice and both times the team were very helpful.
Bought an Apex Pride Rapid with the added suspension-recommend , much smoother ride, fits easily in my boot.
Very well priced,(£250 cheaper than local supplier)
and arrived next day.

The item was not what I wanted due to the weight of it so cannot use it, the company was excellent delivery was perfect just now I have to sort out what to do with chair a very good company

Absolute brilliant I was crying with joy the mobility scooter was all built up for me,I didn't need to struggle amazing gentlemen who came and showed me how to use it,also customer services couldn't help me enough.

Ordered a new Gogo Traveller Elite plus from this company Tuesday 9/8/22 and it was dealt with very professionally, this was to replace my old GoGo scooter. Got it online for a great price! £845.00 vat exempt, I had seen it advertised at higher cost elsewhere, so got a good deal, plus it was delivered to me next day free delivery by their own courier in a nice liveried van.
The driver was very helpful putting it down my drive for my partner to unpack.
I would recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a mobility scooter to go here first as service was unbelievable ! Thanks Great British Mobility give yourselves a well deserved Pat on the back!
