Chris was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was an easy experience.

Overall it was good but with 3 different Customer service folks I got 3 different responses to the question of whether I had transportation from the airport to the hotel and hotel back to the airport.

Booking our trip was quick and easy! Chris was very helpful and answered our questions. We're looking forward to the trip!

The booking was easy and so far all my questions were handled very quickly and answers were easy to understand. Looking forward to a great and memorable trip.

After selecting everything online, I received an email and message from Ashanti to confirm my trip information at my convenience.
She answered my questions, walked me through my selections and completed my booking. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and didn’t rush through the details.

We literally just returned from our first trip. It was so amazing that we had to book another. This booking was easy. The representative was professional, friendly and very helpful. A bigger monetary incentive for returning travelers would be my only suggestion.

So far both representatives have been very helpful and Aldo spent time explaining everything to me in the beginning. The correspondence has been professional as well. However there is not a place to name the supplier on the online insurance purchase. It does not list Great Rail or Vacations by Rail.

Luke was excellent, and patiently answered questions while maintaining such a positive, assured demeanor and giving us great confidence in the company. Luke was an excellent customer service representative.

I wish the agent had told me that the name of the tour changed from what was published. When I received the welcome packet, I was scared that I had booked the wrong tour. I had to call and speak with another agent who told me there were "branding changes" taking place and that I had, in fact, booked the right tour.

When I signed up online, the site said I would be contacted within 48 hrs to complete the registration and "not to book any connections until completely registered". I took this to mean I was at risk to not get my travel dates. I was on edge for 3+ days until I finally called Great Rail Journeys and confirmed my registration.

There must have been a glitch in the system. I didn’t receive a confirmation when I booked online. I didn’t receive any notice or email with my confirmation details either. I had to call to verify that I had, in fact, booked my rail journey.

Ease of evaluating trip and options for rooms. Trips are well explained as well as costs. Booking was easy.

We wanted to book a Prestige Cabin on the Premium Canada Coast to Coast trip in 2027. I worked with both Efi and T to put a deposit down on the August 2027 trip with the understanding that if a Prestige Cabin was not available, my deposit would be returned. They made it very easy to make this reservation, and I hope that the Prestige Cabin is available for us.
