We found some of the most competitive quotes we could online but wanted to get it done by a local company so chose Greengen based on their reviews and asked if they could match the best price for the system we wanted, which they did. From start to finish they've been excellent. The installation was totally stress free, Max and the rest of the team did a great job. We had 16 panels with inverter and 12kwh battery, which have definitely exceeded our expectations. Today the system has generated 52kwh and the battery was full by 10am. I would definitely recommend them.

Annual ASHP service so efficient 💯

The polite “young” engineer (I’m over 70 so anyone under 40 looks like they just left college to me) was not intrusive in the home, clean, quiet & so pleasant explaining everything I asked him about. A real credit to the Greengen team. Got the job done quickly & quietly. As my late mother would’ve said “The lad deserves a bonus in his weekly wage pack” 😂

Craig and Andrew were very professional and polite, really friendly and took pride in their work. They turned up on time, explained what they would be doing each day and how everything works. It was quite a big job but there was minimal disruption and they tidied their workspace at the end of each day. Work was all very neat and professional. Both were very respectful of us, our two noisy dogs and our home. We would absolutely recommend GreenGen in the future! They have been excellent and Craig is an asset to the team!
The electricians that followed the plumbing installation were also brilliant!

All round a great experience with GreenGenUK - I looked at 3 quotes, and their service was by far the best and a good price in comparison to the other two quotes - they came out to measure up properly and really listened to what I wanted to maximise the solar energy; more interested in the design being right than pushing a hard sell.
They installed 11 panels on our very irregular roof- an 11.5 kWh fox battery and a zappi car charger . Everything was booked in advance, and they turned up on time and fitted everything in just under 2 days.
Max E, Simon and Jack E were the team - friendly and polite throughout, informative, and they all did a good job in fitting everything to a good standard.
I would definitely recommend this company to those considering solar panels - as I looked for some time before deciding, and they really stood out and gave me confidence, which was then confirmed with the great service they provided .

A great service. We have had solar panels, a battery and a car charger recently installed at our home in Cornwall. From the first meeting with Camaron a couple of days after our initial enquiry to the speed of then receiving our detailed quotes was impressive.
The work was then scheduled in and carried out impeccably by the solar panel install team and the wiring for the panels, battery, power wall and charger were installed by James, one of their electricians, who did a great job for us.
After a few days we realised our WiFi signal was not very strong for the car charger and James, we called to notify Greengen about the issue and they arranged for a booster to be fitted by James. He did a great job today making our signal that much more reliable. We’d like to thank James and the rest of the GreenGen team for a brilliant service. We would highly recommend Greengenuk to anyone considering a solar install.

We had GreengenUK install Solar PV, battery and a full ASHP system from scratch including the required pipework and radiators. Great to have all the work well co-ordinated as a package between all elements of the project. Solar installation and battery are working extremely effectively and our power from the grid is now virtually nothing over summer - looking forward to seeing performance over the winter. All of the installation team were great - helpful and efficient. Particular mention to Amelia for all the prompt and efficient organisation of the ASHP element, and to Bailey who worked methodically and carefully to plumb in a perfect installation that works a treat. Well done - a great team.

Really great experience having heat pump and solar fitted by these guys. From initially enquiry through to final run-through it’s been a smooth process.

Neil helped me work out the best solution for my home. The office guys told me everything I needed to know to prepare and were great about sticking to some tight deadlines to fit around my other commitments.

The plumber and electricians were polite and friendly. They took real care over their work, adapted around my requests and the whole job is incredibly neat, completed with real care.

Their final run-through and the paperwork that’s since arrived from the office has been very helpful.

Solar PV installation - October 2025. Our experience with GreenGen UK has been exceptional. Alan originally visited our bungalow to carry out a survey for a quotation, he was thorough, knowledgeable and informative. We received the quotation with a fully explained proposal provided by Josh, who was polite, very helpful and patients with no pushy sales pitch. With a low pitch roof of 13 degrees Josh and the team at GreenGen ensured the correct system was proposed and we signed the Enhanced proposal on 1st September and the erection of scaffolding and the installation were booked in for October. All completed with experienced tradesmen with the electrical connections completed by Jake. Now 7 months on I recommend GreenGen to anyone interested in Solar PV. A trustworthy company with excellent Customer Service and communication.

Sophia, our advisor, has been exceptionally understanding as I went over the options for battery installation multiple times to ensure we had the best option for our home and budget. From quoting to final paperwork, Greengen were efficient and responsive. The scaffolding went up on the day planned, they started work despite really awful rainy conditions and completed the work within the schedule timescale. Both John electrician and Lewis Roofer were highly professional at all times and conscientious - taking of boots every time they had to walk through.
The panels look great - are producing loads of electricity and the battery is really saving us ££££.
The office staff were also very approachable and responsive to any queries.

Following Storm Goretti and the 67 hour powercut, we have just had a fourth Tesla Powerwall Battery fitted to complete the set and give us an improved resilience. The team were friendly, businesslike with a can-do attitude. Rapidly fitted the new battery, installed an update to the software and tested the system. Installed in around two hours, i was very pleased with the team and recommend them. Thanks guys.

We had solar fitted (including battery) in the autumn and then a heat pump in the run up to Christmas. Both George and Jordan worked really efficiently and diligently to get us up and running. They left no mess and were very informative with the handover. I would definitely recommend GreenGen.

Had two systems installed by GreenGenUK, a heat pump and solar with battery. Both systems have been installed with only very minor issues. Any system installs like these would have issues as its engineering, the team sorted anything I asked of them very quickly and with no fuss. The systems are being tested with this cold and slightly sunny spell we are having and both are working as I would have hoped and not like some would have you believe they might work. House is at 21 degrees all the time, via the Heat Pump, and the solar is producing generous amounts of kWs even during the winter months. I would definitely recommend GreenGenUK to install systems at your home. Great work and thank you.

My ASHP failed just before Christmas. I contacted GreenGen (unfortunately it was a weekend). Alistair the engineer called me back the same day and attended the following day to fix it ( on a Sunday ) He also checked all was well subsequently, so I was very pleased with the level of service, thank you Alistair & GreenGen 😄

Green gen are a brilliant knowledgeable company who can't do enough to help. Alastair was very responsive and went out of his way to sort out our heating issues over the Christmas period. Can't recommend them enough 😁
