The laptop (Zenbook Duo) was, delivered on time, in the condition it was described, and I'd not been able to find one anywhere else for a similar price.
Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend the GreenGreen site to friends. In fact, I already did.

While everyone can claim they act out of altruistic or environmental motivation this sometimes comes with an extra cost. Genuine service and you get what you are promised here.

Computer pristine and at a great price, excellent!

So far so good but my son has been using the laptop to play Fortnite! So, I haven't have a look in yet! No complaints from him with speed etc so all good.

I ordered a refurbished Del precision 3470 laptop to replace my Del which had failed. Ordering from greengreen was very simple and straight forward. The price was good and I received the laptop two days later. It works perfectly. This is my second laptop from greengreen and I am delighted with both laptops. I would never buy a brand new laptop again. Well done to greengreen.

Contacted the company by web chat on 21/12/23 to ask some advice on running a particular cad grogram and to see what they advised, no hard sell just great advice, didn’t try to upsell which I thought was great, makes a nice change, after answering a couple of concerns I had I ordered online and on the morning of the 22/12/23 it arrived, to say it was well packaged sells it short as it was great, I unpackaged and to be honest I was shocked at what great condition the laptop was in (a lot better than I expected). In this day and age it is getting harder to get the full package of great service and value for money but I honestly feel I got it here. Thank you.

Excellent business operation. Prompt, courteous response to all my questions. V. supportive of customer needs. Excellent rapid delivery. The B graded v. lightweight touch laptop that has now been in my possession for 2 days, I would so far grade A*. So happy that I could make such a good, affordable recycle choice, but of course I can't comment on aftercare service yet. The delivery was well packaged.

I ordered a delicate, expensive camera which arrived by post in very good time and packaged with great care. The camera itself, though bought as ‘Used’ at around half the original price, was so well preserved it seemed new. I could not help but feel I had got a bargain. I was even more convinced that this was the case when it was put to use and produced excellent results. Thanks is due to the seller.

Laptop arrived quickly and well-packaged. Its condition had been described fairly and accurately, and I am very pleased with it so far. Thank you. As I haven't experienced any issues/problems, I cannot comment on this aspect of customer service. However, as things stand, I would very happily use Green Green Store again and recommend them to others.

Very quick communication. Got a discount for something that was my fault. These guys are just top notch. The packaging was the most professional package I have ever seen. Just an amazing experience overall. The product I bought was category B which is allegedly means some cosmetic issues, this thing has no marks on it. It's immaculate and runs like a clock.
I'll be looking to use this store again in the future if I need stuff for my business. Hats off.
