Product (Dell laptop) was as described and fully functional (although I've only had it 5 days!). Delivery was on time, and packaged extremely well.

I was a little wary of ordering from what appears to be a relatively small operation, but the fact they gave a detailed description, including photos, of the exact product you are ordering (unlike the bigger players in the refurbished market) , and also, after doing some research, they seemed very professional and committed to offering great products at affordable prices.

I bought a refurbished surface laptop studio 2, at about 45% of the retail price. 1 year old. It is in excellent conditions, and I wouldn't know it has been refurbished if someone wouldn't have told me so, as it looks like it could be new.

The machine arrived very quickly even though I had also bought both SSD and RAM upgrades. The machine was not in its original packaging, but very well packaged all-the-same. The machine was clean and, as far as I can see, unblemished. The SSD and OS were expertly prepared and ready to go (my first task being to add a password to the existing admin account, and create a new user for my day-to-day use).
Overall: very happy, even impressed. I would recommend and use them again.

Spent £800 on a reconditioned laptop, looking around and once I did some research to the company I purchased the laptop. As described and absolutely perfect. Had to wipe the drive and reinstall windows but it’s like brand new as if it came from HP direct.

Very easy order process, had exactly the laptop I was looking for and at a very sensible price. Delivery was quoted as three days but arrived in less than two. Item very well and neatly packed up with little wasted packaging. Altogether a very pleasureable process and mirrors exactly the same as early last year when I got a high speck laptop for doing Solidworks which is still doing sterling service. Great company don't change anything!!

Quality of product, accurate description, well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. The only negative was two apps loaded with no explanation.

The laptop was in better condition than the description suggested with very few signs of previous use (it had been graded B). The delivery service was swift and the fact that the laptop came already set up for use, straight out of the box, was great. Very pleased.

product wise no complaints, very happy with new laptop. Delivery/courier however. I received updated tracking during delivery. But I was dissapointed that I couldn't have it delivered to a safe space or neighbour. It was left outside all day in the rain (it was undamaged) but i was left worried that the parcel would be stolen.

Great company, eager to help with any questions. In my opinion their customer care and value for money is unrivalled.
