Husband bought me tights that were on sale - they're off white and totally sheer - not the quality of what you'd expect from Greyson - and b/c they were on sale, they're not eligible for return or exchange (& he missed that detail) I've purchased less expensive, better made tights on Amazon
Order Very Delayed
I ordered an outfit as a present, paid for 1 day shipping, it arrived 4 days later. I left many messages with no reply. Sent an email and they refunded the shipping, which is literally the least they could do; I paid a good amount for one day shipping. It was for an event that long passed by the time I got my order.

First time ordering shirts for my husband and I got the size wrong. All 3 were purchased on sale but they would only let me return 1 of them when all I wanted was an exchange. They completely ignored my email that I sent to them. Would never order from them again - horrible customer service.
Clothes lovely service awful!
We ordered clothes before and clothes were great but our most recent order is still outstanding since Oct and it’s now the end of Dec!!!

(6th August) I recently purchased a sale item from Greyson. 18 days later they have still not provided the item to the courier. This is despite creating the shipping label 16 days ago. In the time since the company initially avoided answering my questions and subsequently gave false information about the status of the order, first saying it had been shipped and later that the warehouse was still “getting it ready”. The company refused to cancel the sale even though they have not been able to provide the goods. Not at any stage have i felt that the company was honest about the status of my order. As of now - the courier still says they haven’t received the package. Is this experience with Greyson common?
Update on 15th August (27 days after purchase):
Still no package from Greyson. There was a notification from the courier that a delivery of some kind had been made today to a suburban location in Alberta, Canada, which is helpful since I live in the UK. Despite my asking for a resolution there is no confirmation from Greyson that this was my package or that they will fix the problem… Still unwilling to simply refund me. Apparently unwilling to take responsibility for the situation.
