They had a hard to find item that was shipped on time, and in perfect condition.
I didn’t like the sliding door chimney regulator on top of my primo XL. It unintentionally broke (no kidding) and I ordered a daisy wheel regulator. Customer Service said they had none in black, but could send a red one. I agreed. Three days later a black sliding door one shows up. Good enough. But where did the red daisy wheel go. I’m still satisfied.
GRILL COLLECTION IS A SCAM!!! Can you give 0 stars? After nearly a year of being told my order was going to ship at the end of the month, month after month, I never received it. I was promised cancellations and refunds that never came, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I’ve done some external research and found that this is a very typical experience with GC. Never ever ever use them.
I have an outdoor kitchen that we had included in our new built home. The problem was the built out provided double stainless steel doors and frame below the grill with an empty cavity behind it. After doing some research to provide a pantry behind the double doors I found Grill Collection which had exactly what I needed. The installtion was easy and the pantry is sealed from outside weather and bugs can't enter. Very well constructed and useful storage solution for mu needs. Great company!
Awesome Customer Service. Item was in stock and delivered as stated during heavy holiday season.
Ordered an item, received confirmation that item would ship, never received item. reached out to customer service who said they canceled my order but sent it to a completely different email address. Spent a month with customer service trying to get a refund. Constant run around until I mentioned the credit card company and then it was refunded. Not worth the month of running around, felt very close to a scam.
I wanted to purchase a MHP grill, had one years ago and they are the best. This company did a good job in getting the order out and had tracking information.

Been over a month and I still haven't received my grill. terrible customer service, they just give you the run around every time you call and then email you a different answer. Hopefully the grill is better than the transaction

Some of my items were on backorder for quite a while , but they kept in contact and kept you informed the whole time. Great A+ customer service

I bought a Broilmaster P4XF propane. It looks great but it doesn't work as it should as it gets way too hot (over 800F) in the LOWEST setting. They were helpful to replace the regulator under warranty. Didn't help. After that they lost interest in solving the problem. Communication has stopped and I still have a defective product. A two star for the fact that the regulator was replaced.

Order went smoothly and the company was very communicative. Was sent via freight shipping so it was delivered on a pallet to my front gate and then I took over from there. The product was high quality and exactly what I wanted. Wouldn't hesitate to make another order.

I made the order on the website, then paid for the order via another email, then got a confirmation email, and waited 10 days with no communication other than marketing messages. I contacted grill collection and was told that the warehouse didn't get back to the order team in time and my payment authorization was lost so I had to pay again. No apology, no effort to make it right. Surprisingly, I paid for the order again, and got confirmation again, but this time I got 2 tracking numbers. I got two orders but was still missing the main component so called and after a hassle was given another tracking number. All parts ended up arriving and I'm impressed with the quality. Order experience was a 0, but the parts ordered are a 5 so I ended up at a 2. I can get quality equipment elsewhere so probably won't be back.

I just received my new rotisserie ring and kabob holder and was immediately impressed.
The quality, packaging and service was excellent. I purchased a knock-off first and was very disappointed with the quality of the parts. Very flimsy with poor fitment. I'm so glad I found the proper rotisserie for my new Napoleon Grill.

I would give no stars if I could. I waited 2 months and when I finally received the product, it was not what I had ordered - it was a grill that has to be installed and I ordered a portable. Absolutely not usable for my purposes. I asked to return 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting on a return label. I reported this company to my credit card company and to the BBB for fraudulent business practices.

There was a six week delay from the manufacturer for the item I ordered and Grill Collection always keep me informed about the status of my order and provided shipment tracking information when it shipped. When my order arrived it was perfect. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely order from them again.

They forgot to send small nuts that go on the end of the bolts, like 30 or more they forgot. Maybe 20 cents each piece. Called to get them sent they wanted a picture of the box the missing items, it was stupid. They would not connect me to a manager from the United States. They never sent them. Horrible customer service. Called tagwood to see if they'll help. They said they would, still waiting hopefully soon.

Unresponsive company in my opinion. Never follow up and did what they said they would do. Everyday I got a different status on my shipment. Tones of thank you emails to overload your inbox. I would never use them again.
