I was told my fryer would be delivered…
I was told my fryer would be delivered by a certain time and they assured me there wasn’t any issues. Come to find out 3 weeks later they had zero fryers to deliver. A total waste of my time.

Falsely advertised and depicted a 'freestanding…
Advertised and depicted a 'freestanding grill' (with column and base) but only sent me a head. Said I made a mistake un ordering - which i did not.

I ordered a stainless steel hinge and…
I ordered a stainless steel hinge and handle kit for my Prino XL grill. I was sent a standard steel hinge and handle kit. I called and explained the issue and was told my order was correct even though what I received was not what was described. I was told a supervisor named Matt would call me the next day to discuss with me. That was a week ago and still no call from anyone! I received an email last week saying they were looking into the issue and would get back to me shortly however I have still not heard from anyone!! It appears this is a very deceptive operation. They are using false advertising to make sales them completely ignore you. If you call and ask for a manager none is ever available and no one will call you back. You are fotmrced to file suit as your only hope for restitution. Please beware of this outfit there are plenty of reputable retailers you can find steer clear of this group.

Poor experience and glacial pace
As far as I can tell, this is just a dropship company that orders directly from the factory in China and doesn't maintain warehouse stock. While they did eventually fulfill my order, it took over 7 months and a dozen follow-up emails. Overall, I don't recommend this company and won't do any future business with them.
To add more detail: I placed an order in August 2023 for 4 grill accessories (a wok, a wok ring, a griddle, and some drip pans). They emailed that the items were backordered and would arrive in December, 4 months later; I replied that was unacceptable and I'd like a refund. Suddenly 2 of the 4 items were available to ship immediately, which I agreed to and received within a month. But it took until March of 2024 (7 months!) and multiple back and forth emails (including ignored requests for refunds on the outstanding items) before I received the final two items.
To their credit, I did eventually receive all of the items that I purchased. But the experience was horrible, took forever, and I wouldn't recommend them. I'd be particularly wary of giving them hundreds of dollars for a grill.

Grill collection is a scam. They advertise fair prices with free shipping over $300. I made a purchase, completed payment, then received innumerable updates over the first 5 days including pledges that their patrons' satisfaction is their highest priority. They then had the audacity to send me an email stating that shipping for my $350 item is $420, but that they'd pay 50% and only charge me $220 for shipping. First, half of 420 is 210. Secondly, this approach to scamming customers is not only unethical, but also illegal. I'm waiting to hear back from their customer support. But I will not hesitate to contact the BBB if they try to overcharge or to cancel my order. I encourage all readers to take the same approach.
