When I ordered my grill insulator pan untold it was in the warehouse and should be here in 3-5 days
It shows up 3 weeks later! Won’t buy from you again. Will go back to BBQ guys much better service

It took 4 months to receive air bubbles

It took 4 months to receive the grill. Once I received it, it arrived in good packaged shape and well boxed and protected. However, I found that the chrome trim on the main hood has air bubbles as the chrome plating process must have not held the right way. I made Grill Collection aware of the issue, and they said they would get in contact with the Mfg. Until then I have a grill that I am now waiting to use until I hear back from them.

i ordered $400 worth of products and…

i ordered $400 worth of products and they sent an email saying they now didn't have it and found another but it would cost $210 to ship it. Others are free and already waited a week. Poor customer service.

Great product, great communication

The communication was great. The grill I ordered was delayed by the manufacturer but I was notified along the way as things progressed. Product was received and is working great.

STAY AWAY! SCAM.

I ordered a grill liner at the end of March 2021, paid in full for over $900. It is now September and I still do not have the grill liner. I have been given the run around and promised multiple dates of delivery and still nothing. Company does not communicate well and will just give you another date 2 weeks later for the next promised delivery and claim the date is from the warehouse. HORRIBLE
