I thought I did good research to find…

I thought I did good research to find the parts I needed. Even after chatting with a rep., and double checking the website, I ended up with parts that were not what I wanted. Replaced with parts that are run of the mill Amazon parts, with a piece of paper saying this is the ideal replacement. Replacement burner is 30 percent smaller, uneven heating, and didn't come with the correct size Venturi tubes...total disappointment.

Ordered a 5 burner Beefeater Grill

Ordered a 5 burner Beefeater Grill. It came with a griddle which I did not want or order. So now I must buy another vaporizor and grill to get the use of a 5 burner grill. Seems like a rip to me.

The grill was ordered in March 2021…

The grill was ordered in March 2021 after consulting an online representative that it was in stock. After the purchase was made I was informed it would be delayed May 4-18th. After agreeing to wait and the date window came and went I was told there was an additional delay and the grill would not be here until August 1st. At the end of June I found the grill on another site and purchased it there. That same day I placed my new order I came cancel my order at Grill Collection I was told it had already shipped. I am very dissatisfied with the logistics this company has in its order processing system.

Not seeing the grill in person

Not seeing the grill in person, I was taking a chance. I have not grilled on it yet. Grates look good. I was not happy that a grill of this price, would have plastic handles on the door and the side shelves. I should have bought the Weber grill at Costco. Cheaper and made a little better.

I would use Grill Collection again!

All was great as I needed the grill and doors/drawers in a timely manner. My only concern was the delivery. I kept getting bad or no information on when the delivery would be made. Fortunately after communicating with both shippers, the items came on the day before I left for out-of-town.

Poor Delivery. Good Price

Received grill today after almost 1.5 months from ordering. Shipped freight. Freight company was horrible and Grill Collection couldn't do anything about it. Blew off scheduled time which was a non-accommodating 9-6 pm. Second time around move date on us. Regardless, Grill Collection is responsible for delivery and missed two holidays waiting....

GrillCollection was great

GrillCollection was great. Their customer service was fantastic, when the original grill I wanted from another vendor fell through they worked hard to find me a grill that matched most of my desires, made sure they had them in stock and shipped it out to me as fast as possible.

They really are fantastic!

Still haven’t settled my damaged grill issue

I received my grill going on 3 weeks ago. It was damaged when it arrived, and I’m still waiting for instructions to exchange it. It probably would have been easier just to ask for an exchange because it’s taking so long ever since I reported it as damaged.

UPDATE 6/28/2021: Still no grill…

Incredible Customer Service

We received very personal customer service. Starting with the chat feature on the website, I was able to find out that the grill I wanted was in stock. I received a phone call about the order and was told that the grill would ship in 1 to 3 days. My daughter and her husband received the grill we sent as a house warming gift in 3 working days! Incredible service and great product. BTW very competitive pricing.
