Issue was taken care with in 2 to 3 days..happened very swiftly, no followups nor calls, work done with in the given timeliness...hope this will be continued..giving 5 star, Thanks, Grow club...

Gro Club was created to solve a simple but overlooked problem: kids grow fast, but the things we buy for them don’t keep up. From bicycles and baby gear to furniture, children outgrow products quickly. Parents are left buying again and again, storing unused items, or discarding things that still have value. Over time, this becomes expensive, inconvenient, and wasteful. Gro Club exists to change that — without asking families to compromise on what they buy or how they use it. We introduced Smart Ownership to make ownership work better for families with growing kids. You buy new products like you normally would. When your child outgrows them, you have the option to upgrade to the next size or stage instead of starting from scratch. It’s a system designed around real life — flexible, practical, and built for how kids actually grow. Sustainability at Gro Club is built into the system, not pushed onto parents. Products that still have usable life are first used by institutions. Older products are carefully harvested for parts that support our service network, and only then are products regenerated and brought back into use. This ensures that every product and component delivers maximum value over time. Simply put, nothing goes to waste. Gro Club began with bicycles, but our vision has always been bigger. We’re building Smart Ownership across multiple categories that kids grow through — including car seats, strollers, bunk beds, and more — so families can enjoy buying what they need, knowing there’s a smarter option when it’s time to move on. In June 2024, we evolved from a subscription-based model to Smart Ownership to better reflect this philosophy: responsible choices shouldn’t feel restrictive or expensive. They should feel natural, accessible, and better designed. At its core, Gro Club is about making everyday parenting decisions easier — saving money, reducing clutter, and lowering waste — without guilt or sacrifice. Because sustainability doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. It just needs to make sense. Gro Club helps families enjoy every stage of growing up, while quietly taking care of what happens next.

Disappointing Post-Sale Service

Gro Club’s post-sale service has been extremely disappointing, and this has happened to me multiple times.

They advertise free services, but in my experience, the service often never actually arrives. I ordered a side stand for my son’s bicycle and paid for it in advance, but the item was never dispatched. I’m still waiting for it to arrive.

Customer support has also been unhelpful, with no proper resolution or clear communication.

Very disappointed with the overall post-sale experience.

The product quality is good

The product quality is good, and the bicycle is comfortable and easy to ride. The staff were helpful and explained the features and usage properly. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the service provided by the company.

Nice stroller but..

The stroller has all the good points a working stroller must have, though there is one flaw in design. The pocket behind the seat is ending where the babies head will come. So a key or phone might strike the baby’s head if kept in that pocket. This must be improved.

Repeat customer after an year of use

I have purchased 2 cycles from them. Both are in good condition. When I see other's cycle just rotting in apartment, I feel lucky to know that my cycles won't rot like this as Gro club gives us option to upgrade. More over, there are no issues like losening of chain, constant tyre issues and improper side wheels.

Gro Club offers an excellent selection…

Gro Club offers an excellent selection of bicycles suitable for all age groups, and their products consistently demonstrate high standards in terms of build quality, design, and various features. I recently purchased two bicycles for my twins and have been very pleased with the service provided.

The service engineer who visits my home, Sunny, is highly skilled and consistently responds promptly whenever I submit an online service request.
I will suggest to other parents that they purchase the cycle, as both the quality and service are up to date.
