The products and pricing was good
The products and pricing was good. Received the products well in time. Things were nicely packed. The only negative I would say is there was too much plastic involved in packing. Perhaps you should think about recyclable packing material otherwise great service, thank you.

Faster than Amazon
Faster than Amazon. I ordered the french butter I needed at 9am and it was on my doorstep by 11:30am. I could not ask for better service and will definitely be using from now on.

Good online Indian grocery shop
Communication was excellent. Products had good shelf life and delivery was prompt. First Indian grocery shop to deliver all products that we ordered till date.

Overall good
Everything was really good, there is a scope for improvement in delivery service. Driver either did not have proper delivery address or was not looking for correct address. In the end, he asked me to come down to the apartment block main door to collect the order - hope this can be addressed and it will be overall 5 stars.

Great service and excellent delivery
Great service and excellent delivery. Not one item was missing and if there was a substitute then that was intimated via email. My only concern is the veggies were not fresh. The okra was all turning black and the fenugreek leaves were turning yellow and wilted. Veggies need to be fresh please and then ill surely add the extra 5th star
