I am so glad that I decided to use GHP. I enjoyed umpteen rejections of my military history book by all the recognised publishers of that genre. All of them said they liked it, that it was well written etc., but all wanted to cut the length by half and one said they no longer publish titles about the Napoleonic war era. Simply frustrating, not least because of the amount of time the depressing process wasted. But with GHP I had positive responses and moreover felt in control from the start. They were really helpful (many thanks Julie!) throughout, with everything carefully explained. The far too numerous changes I requested after each proof were cheerfully accepted (and very carefully incorporated). They pushed really hard to make the deadline I had to impose to make a pre-arranged book launch, for which I was particularly grateful.

If you have a book that nobody wants to publish, but which you know should be out there, use GHP. You will not be disappointed. My book is formally out today and it’s a great thrill to see it advertised on Amazon, Waterstones etc. I simply wouldn’t have been able to do it without Grosvenor House Publishing.

I have recently self-published my second book with GHP and I can't fault the professionalism and dedication of the team. From the first email to having the book in my hands; I have received the best service - keeping me up to date with progress and answering my questions. The finished book is of outstanding quality and the book size, cover design and font have been the initial compliments received.

It took me a little bit longer to publish my book ‘Toddler on Tour: Viva España’ as I had my second daughter during this time, but Melanie was exceptionally patient and talked me through the processes from start to finish. She shared my vision and I am very proud of the final product (in both paperback and ebook). E-mail and telephones are answered well but the listings cost is a bit much if you have a lot of books. Also, the staff are very professional and kind so that helps me a lot too. I have done seven children's educational books with GHP so far. My experience with GHP is good. I am sure the business will grow to include books in subjects such as Maths too.

My first book and so glad I chose GHP. It has been a wonderful customer experience from Julie and then Melanie taking me through all the steps and guiding me when required. I had spoken with a few publishers but got a really good feeling about this one and would 100% recommend them to anyone publishing a book and especially for the first time.
