I have just published my third book through GHP and have received the same excellent service as I did on the first two occasions. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars! And 5 stars to Melanie who was my main point of contact.

A fantastic company. Very helpful throughout the whole progress of my specialist book(s) on the subject of collecting the automotive mascots of Lalique. The latest edition was a particularly difficult process; however, we got through it in the end! Many thanks to Jasmine, Becky and all the team at Grosvenor House.

The staff are so thoughtful, supportive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The book I published was complex in terms of layout, chapter heading ink drawings, fonts and cover but all this was managed with ease, at a very reasonable cost. And the finished book looked magnificent.

Jasmine was fantastic throughout the whole process, any questions or guidance I needed was answered quickly and a real pleasure to work with. very excited for the release of AT WHAT COST on the 8th of August, which wouldn't have been possible without Jasmines help and patience. Thanks

What started as a self help exercise to help with my own mental health turned into a daily task to write a book to help others who have been or are going through similar journeys to us.

I am so lucky that I found Grosvenor House! Searching for a self publishing service is so tricky as most places try to scam you to make it seem like you're getting a traditional publishing contract under the guise of a 'hybrid' service. Whilst others charge you a fee that does not reflect the service they would provide.

But Grosvenor House is different. Their fees are not only very reasonable, everything is upfront and clear. No hidden charges for extras, no agenda. You need a book printed, they will do it for you.

Right from the start when I had some extra questions Jasmin was so helpful and patient.

I was then assigned Melanie who was an angel. All communications were clear, friendly and professional. Everything was answered in a very timely manner and Melanie was so patient with me. I particularly appreciated her patience being dyslexic, publishing a novel is not the easiest task.

Every step was explained clearly and I have a brilliant final product. Despite there being a bit of a glitch at one point, Melanie kept me up to date and in the loop so I didn't have to stress.

If I ever self publish again, I will certainly be using GHP. Thank you Melanie and the team for making this such a seamless journey.

Absolutely superb! There are so many horror stories out there about self publishing - I'm so pleased I found Grosvenor House. Jasmine has been absolutely superb, putting up with eleventy million questions from me in the process, and always prompt in replying.
