This company 100% is fraud. it is located outside of US. The Return address is a PO number and there is no warehouse.
You have to show proof of return, because everything is operated outside of US.

When tracking came through, the sizes were wrong. I'd spent quite some time checking the reviews, to see which company came out the best. I've not yet received my shoes, just hope they're OK, as returning them seems a nightmare ! However, I have since emailed them and they've clarified that the sizing is correct, so I'll update once I get them. UPDATE 11 June : Both pairs are super comfortable and I am very pleased with them. I've been complimented on their look too ! Would recommend them. My feet feel more relaxed in them, than other shoes and neuropathy is reduced.

Was sent wrong size for 2 pr shoes I ordered thru ad on Facebook. NO paperwork/invoice accompanied shoes, so no return address or phone, therefore no way to return or exchange. I have no proof of purchase other than 2 prs of shoes I cannot wear and a credit card statement with no contact info for the entity from which I purchased these shoes.

I ordered a pair of shoes, and I like them so much I've ordered two more pair. The price is incredibly low. The shoes are so light that I hardly know I'm wearing them, and they slip on which is a nice feature. Shipping is a bit slow, but I expected this, and the shipping can be tracked.

well for starters the minute i opened the shoes i new they were poorly done, im on my feet all day. they were plastic.
next is the return process which they claimed was free, i paid to return them through ups with a return recipt and still no credit on my credit card. I will be reporting them to my credit card and to better business. Fraudulent do not order!!!!!

I wore the shoesfor a 2 mile morning walk, the day after receiving them. I had a blister halfway through the walk. When completed, a hole was worn in the side of the shoe. Complete lack of foot support, uncomfortable, and very flimsy. On top of that, the company did not honor the 30 day money back guarantee because I had worn them and they were not in new condition. (How else can you try out a shoe without wearing it???) Buyer beware. Expensive lesson for me, but hopefully not for others who read this.

This will be my third time I’ve written a review and it just disappeared. I’m so stressed and appalled with my experience. I ordered barefoot sneakers which I thought were $28.00 that was through Amazon not grounded footwear when I received the sneakers I was charged $69.00 I returned them immediately. I was charged $7.00 for shipping. I contacted Grounded Footwear giving the tracking number only to learn there was an additional charge of $9.99. Therefore I was out of pocket of $17.00 for absolutely nothing. I checked to make sure of how it could have gone do wrong. Grounded Footwear a price of $55.99 30 day return free by 4/8. Never saw this barefoot sneaker with a price of $69.00 I’m elderly and would never spend that on these barefoot sneakers. This company is a disgrace and dishonest. They are taking advantage of people who have trust that they are dealing with honesty. I therefore will contact the Better Business Bureau and take it from there to another complaint venue,,till I get satisfaction for how I was taking advantage of this company. Grounded Footwear.

Shoes had a horrible rubber odor. Had a lot of trouble getting a refund because I lost the tracking number. Thanks to a wonderful postal worker, I found my receipt. But they kept $10 for shipping, which was not in their ad and I paid $9 to return the shoes. Ad said 100% guaranteed

So, I ordered two pair in mid December. I knew better. So $135.00 later, mid JAN 1924, they wont refund because I lost my tracking number.WHERE does it say in the ad?
They have my Name, address, order number, and date purchased. They have my return which I paid $16. A true scam….saw BTW, exact/identical shoes on TEMU for $8.00 a pair. Everything comes from China.

I ordered a pair of shoes from grounded footwear but they were too small. I tried to reach them to return for a larger size but couldn’t reach anyone to exchange . This went on for many days to no avail.

Yesterday, I placed an order for just one pair (not four!) of footwear & was so inundated with the high pressure sales ad-ons to my order that I had to keep clicking on ‘no thanks’ to the point that it made me so mad 😡 that I cancelled my order & promptly asked for a refund. I received an email letting me know I would hear back re: my refund in 1-2 business days. Well, that was a lie because today I get an email letting me know my order had shipped & that I was supposed to be happy as a clam! NOT! I let their spokesperson know I was not a happy camper & would be posting the negative review earned on Trustpilot where I have been told I have a following of over 1,200 followers to which I humbly say To God Be The Glory & many thanks to Him, Trustpilot, & all of my followers! THEY ARE FINE AS A HOUSE SHOE, BUT I LIVE ON A FARM AND WANTED A COMFORTABLE SHOE FOR GARDENING, THESE WON'T BE IT! TOO MUCH UNEVEN GRAVEL OUT THERE, AND REVIEWS SAID THEY WEREN'T GOOD ON SHARP GROUND. I WON'T BE TRYING TO RETURN THEM AFTER HEARING ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S TROUBLE DOING THAT. Recieved the 2 pairs of shoes; DIDN'T FIT. As previous people said I was charged for the intial shipping & I had to pay for return shipping. AVOID this company. Better options. Should have read ALL the reviews.

I love my shoes. I got the white/yellow and they are so light so you don't feel like you're not wearing shoes at all. I get many compliments
on them. I wouldn't go hiking in them but they are great for shopping, taking a walk, or just worrying you might step on something and cut your foot. Just a casual yet comfy shoe!

I paid 62.99 plus shipping for 79.98 and I got the Same exact shoe from AMAZON For $30.00. You are Ripping people OFF!!

I've had my shoes for 18 days and they are tearing. I contacted them and all they could do was give me was a 10% refund of what i paid. They can not replace a used item that is no longer in it's original condition. I will try Hike footwear

Prices all over the board….DID NOT FIT! Customer service terrible! $20.00, in shipping and returning
and I have nothing. Their price was $69, Amazon was $21. Rep laughed and claimed difference was because of shipping and handling. Amazon would have shipped and returned for free.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
