First mini chainsaw arrived quit working the first time I used it. Called customer service and it was replaced in a timely manner. Used the replacement half a dozen times. It started smoking and quit working. Took it apart and the wires had melted. Don't waste your money, not a quality product.
I ordered the mini chain saw
I ordered the mini chain saw as I have Neighbors that their bushes come over my fence and it can be difficult to Receiving the mini we were not sure about the quality. During the order process and the questions all along the way Customer Service was Amazing. I was so impressed with the quick response to my emails from customer service. Thanks to EVERYONE I worked with in Customer Service. Blessings!
Amazing Customer Service
I have nothing but good things to be said about the customer service I received after purchasing the Wood Ranger mini-saw. I had an issue reguarding it and then taken care of on my first attempt. They did an awesome job of resolving my issue. It's not all about the sale...it's the service you get after the fact that makes the company. I would buy again from this company knowing they stand behind their product.
Beware of Wood Ranger quality
I purchased a wood ranger blower and it broke 45 days after I got it. They hid behind their 30 days return policy and refused to replace or refund this item. Very poor quality and service.
Purchased 10/23/2025 didn't use it until NOW
We purchased the small chain saw in October 2025 and didn't use it until April of 2026. Used it TWICE and the second time it froze up. Made sure the battery was charged in case it had died. The chain saw is froze. We did not have a use for it until this month. They will not give ANY discount or replacement since it was past 90 days. Said we can order a new one. DUH! Why would we purchase ANOTHER one if it won't last ONE MONTH of use. It was stored in it's case in the house. It should have lasted more than a couple of uses. We trimmed small 1" branches off a red bud tree. BE AWARE AND BE SURE TO GET SOME USE OUT OF THE ITEM. THE IS NOT IN AMERICA!

Does not charge and gets super hot. Customer service is non existent. Run… don’t buy from them. Read the reviews and BBB reports of this SCAM business. Wish I would have before I bought anything.

Wood Ranger IS FRAUD (DBA Quantum Cart LLC)
This company is a SCAM! The Secretary of State of California shows that Quantum Cart LLC (202565717917) has been TERMINATED as of 2/10/2025. If you look up information on Wood Ranger they are DBA Quantum Cart LLC. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, have an F rating, & they have numerous complaints on the BBB website. My friend is elderly & intellectually disabled, he was looking at the Wood Ranger Hedge Trimmer & mistakenly ordered it because his PayPal information was automatically entered on his smartphone. He requested I cancel the order after we realized he mistakenly ordered it. I sent an email IMMEDIATELY after ordering requesting the order be cancelled. The request was ignored & they sent the product which appears to be used (box not sealed, appears to have been previously opened). I emailed the "company" & explained the situation, they ignored my reason for wanting to return the item & offered a 15%, then 30% discount (complaints on BBB wrbsite show this is their usual M.O.) I sent countless emails back & forth with Chris from "customer support" & he admits they received a cancellation request from me, but stated that the business was "closed" when I sent my email requesting the order be cancelled...but they sent the item when their business was "closed?" Chris stated that he would make a one time exception & allow me to return the item for a refund but stated that I would need to pay for return shipping because they "don't do return shipping labels." I considered returning until I noticed many complaints on the BBB website stating that when consumers paid to return items they were given fraudulent addresses. When I called the phone number listed for this "business"
(1-888-413-5241) a person with a very strong accent who said his name was Wooly or Willy? told me the owner of 'Wood Ranger' is Forest Woods who is also the owner of 'Ranger Boats.' Forest Woods passed away many years ago & I don't believe he owns this scam organization. I asked Willy? where this business is located & he stated "I am in up state New York & that should tell you the name of my country." He laughed & told me "you coulda got owner name wit 1 click on Google." It is not very professional to make fun of the people you scammed, Willy! WOOD RANGER DBA QUANTUM CART LLC IS FRAUD, PLEASE DO NOT FUND FRAUD BY PURCASING FROM THIS SCAM ORGANIZATION!

Electric//Cordless Leaf Blower broke on 3rd use.
I received the 24V Electric Cordless Leaf Blower for Christmas. Used it twice within the first 90 days to blow debris from my porch. The third time I used it, the fan separated from the motor spindle, rendering the product useless. I contacted customer service for a replacement and was told it was outside the 30 day return period. I said I didn't want to return it, I wanted it replaced because it was defective. Again was told there was nothing they could do since it was outside the 30 day period. I sent them a screenshot of the warranty, which showed 5 years on the motor and against manufacturer defects, which this obviously was. The best they could offer me was 30% off a new item, even though the website offered 50% off the same item. Decided to stop wasting my time with a company that won't back their products up longer than 30 days. Avoid if possible.

Upon opening the container, the battery was defective, there was no operating manual and no lubricant, both of which were stated would be included. Upon calling customer service, they said they'd mail me lubricant and a new battery, and emailed me an operating manual in a pdf which was the tiniest print possible and totally unreadable. I told them I wanted to return the product, they said they'd give me a 30% discount, I said no and repeated that I wanted to return the product. They said they'd give me a 50% discount. I said no, I wanted to return the product. They gave me a PO Box number to return it to, and said to call them when my tracking number indicated it had been delivered and then they would give me my refund. I have my doubts I'm going to get my refund.

Perfect for my needs
I just used my blower on leaves left inside our garage, on the driveway, in the grass, on our porch and was amazed at the quality of this leaf blower. The large battery handled about 40 minutes of quality cleaning of dirt and leaves each place I used it, even between barberry bushes along our driveway and from one side of these dense bushes, I was able to blow through the base and remove these large maple and oak leaves from the thickness. Thank you for this very efficient and easy-to-use blower. I am 86 years old and had no problem holding, aiming or handling this blower. I bought it especially for October and for use on our open deck where leaves blow up on the floor and a broom just isn't efficient or effective!! I am thrilled and my husband of 64 years laughs so often at my choices of equipment or gadgets. He tells me always I am my father's daughter because he loved gadgets. He would have loved this blower, but not possible, his age now would be 118, if surviving his 84-year life time. Thank you so much for making my life easier and lots of fun.

I purchased the weed trimmer
I purchased the weed trimmer, having moved into a house with bare ground. Soon realized I needed some heavy duty tilling, and the Woodranger would not be adequate, and decided to return it. Customer service was excellent! Really went out of their way to help me, first when I couldn’t put it together, and then when I decided it wasn’t going to work for my purposes. I received 50% refund and kept the tool. I call that a good deal!
