I found it really good at least I can hear properly now one thing I learned is never put cotton buds in the ears

We are a group of Ears, Nose and Throat (ENT) doctors offering treatment for earwax build-up. Having worked in the region for a number of years we became aware of the growing need for a community earwax service that is easy to access, affordable and backed up by clinical experience. When you have a problem with your ears it can have a big impact on your day to day life and wellbeing. Often the solution is simple. We set up Grove Ear Clinic with the vision of offering a high quality and effective treatment for earwax in a friendly environment.

Very good experience. We got lost trying to find the clinic but when we got there they were very good about us being a bit late. The procedure went very well and I can now hear well again.

Ths just to record my total…
This is just to record my total satisfaction with the friendly, professional and dedicated medical intervention Dr Rachael Collins provided when I recently presented myself to the clinic.
Initially this was for treatment to my 94yr old father in law.
However, I was so impressed and comfortable with what I observed, i had no hesitation in presenting myself. My outcome was very positive and therefore would strongly recommend Rachael

Having suffered from a hearing problem due to excessive ear wax, and having a bad experience with one of the larger firms that do micro suction in the past, I was very cautious in seeking treatment this time. After much research I contacted the Grove Ear Clinic, how lucky was I to have a prompt appointment with Dr Rachael Collins. She immediately put me at ease, listened to my concerns from my previous experience and gave a full explanation of what was going to happen. She used an endoscope to let me see the wax in my ears and then using a microscope and suction painlessly removed the problem in both ears. I would highly recommend her to anyone with this problem. Her calm manner and professionalism is second to none. I would like to wish them all the best for the future, long may they remain. Thank you

Cannot recommend enough!
Cannot recommend highly enough. After months of being pretty much deaf (and unable to muster the strength to call my doctor) I then started to get extreme dizziness. Grove Ear Clinic saw me straight away and within 30mins I could hear again and the dizziness has disappeared. I have also stopped shouting!
I would not hesitate to return. Thankyou.... you are worth every penny!

Excellent, friendly service
I needed an urgent appointment and managed to get same day for ear microsuction. Dr Lavandan Jegatheeswaran was very helpful, explained everything I needed to know and did a great job clearing my ears. Would definitely recommend.

Overjoyed
Went with my wife today. Very friendly, easy and quick to book and was given a great explanation before the procedure. My wife is so happy to be able to finally hear properly for the first time since Christmas. Would highly recommend.

Great service and fast appointment. I had been told I had wax build up by the GP after I had a bout of dizziness so decided to go for micro suction. I didn’t expect it to be so relaxing! Thank you 🙂

Great result highly recommended
Had a problem with my hearing due to wax build up in the ear and after waiting 2 weeks for an unhelpful doctors appointment decided to give Grove ear clinic a try. I was a little sceptical due to lack of reviews but it is a new venture for these guys.
Very good service no messing about. Nice people and very pleased with the result, can hear properly again 😀
