Very big scam,
I’ve ordered a bumper 2 years ago,
€1100 seller told is it was in production for a long time but after we said we wanted our money back they didn’t respond anymore.
We went to Norwegian police and they started a case, they couldn’t even find the person who owns the store, he doesn’t even live in Norway as he says he does.
2 years later and I still send him a lot of emails because he won’t stop and is stealing peoples money!!!!!!

I ordered a body kit for my ford probe gt 1996 for €1380 (€1200 +€180 shipping costs) . Before ordering I wanted to confirm that it was possible to get that body kit for the price and they confirmed that it indeed was possible. About 2 weeks after placing my order and having paid already I get an email about that they don’t have the moulds for the body kit anymore and that it will be hard to produce the kit in good quality. As a plan B they asked me if I wanted another kit instead of the one I initially ordered. I replied by telling them that I only wanted the body kit that I ordered or that I would like to get my money back. They responded that they forwarded the information to the production. From there on I never heard from them again. I have tried emailing and calling but I don’t get any response from them. I am really disappointed that I will not receive the body kit I ordered and I will probably not get my money back either. So yeah, I don’t recommend ordering since they will basically just steal ur money.

Please note that we do not sell on Ebay. Some other webshops use same pictures as we do. If some other company use same pictures as we do it does not mean the parts are from us. We are taking a closer look at this, as ofcourse misstakes happen. We will get back to You if the misstake is from our end.
Not worth your hard earned cash
In June this year I ordered an AMG body kit for my 1995 e class coupe. The rear bumper had been damaged after someone reversed it into a wall and it is no longer road worthy. The cost came to €1,539 including front and rear bumpers, side skirts and fog lights.
The price was high but the kit looked like it should be good quality and though I was initially hesitant as the website is a bit sketchy looking, I took the chance and ordered the kit after discussing with Robert via email. He was prompt to respond and seemed professional enough.
I can see now I was mistaken. The body kit never arrived and Robert confirmed via email that there was a problem and it was being sent back to Norway. I confirmed with my local postal service AnPost that he did not submit the correct import details and the package was never allowed entry into the country.
Despite providing evidence of this, Robert and Grubier have refused to accept my the parts are lost or to issue me a refund even going so far as to claim I am trying to scam them. If they would only work with me to resolve the issue instead of against this review would be very different.
I am extremely disappointed with Grubier and Robert and if you were considering purchasing from them I would recommend looking at one of their competitors. It is clear they only care about their own money and not their customers.
To be clear, my passion is buying and restoring classic vehicles, particularly Mercedes. To see a company not supporting like minded enthusiasts is saddening and Robert and Grubier leave me no choice but to pursue legal action.

We have sent 2 tracking numbers on the 31 st. Parts were updated as delivered on 22:nd and on 28:th online by the courier (2 boxes and 2 different dates). Screenshots, tracking numbers and links were sent to customer confirming delivery. Customer says the parts were never delivered. We asked courier to confirm delivery. Delivery confirmed by courier via email (in writing). Customer ask for money back, even dough both boxes are marked as delivered on 2 different dates. We have sent a request for explanation from the courier and await reply.
Kjøp av body kit til Mercedes a45 AMG
Kjøpte et fullt bodykit til min Mercedes A45 AMG. Kitet ble levert som forespeilet (ca 2 måneder etter bestilling). Kvaliteten på bodykitet var meget bra og passet perfekt på bilen. Jeg hadde bestilt feil front leppe (min feil), men da fikk jeg god service og fikk sendt noen nye deler som gjør at leppen passer likevel.

We always deliver and have done so for over 20 years. We do not have a J. Edwards in Ireland on our customer list. This is not a customer of ours. Please remove this.
Some company is buying / making 1 star fake reviews and Trustpilot do not want to delete these.

Veldig rask levering til tross for at jeg holder til i Nord-Norge ! Manglet noen deler men ble sendt samme dag som jeg sa ifra. Meget fornøyd, svarer raskt og er veldig enkel og ryddig å ha med dem og gjøre :-)

We have usually the best prices on the market for full kits.
Some other small parts might be more expensive or cheaper when bought seperatly. Price depands on stock status and if You combine the purchase with other parts.
All offers that we give are also with delivery.
We are located in Scandinavia which means that custom fees, and other taxes are included in the price when buying here.
Ps.
Isac Christiansson is not a customer. Calling a company a scam is just wrong. You are probably another person that want crypto payment to remove the post like some other here below that never bought anything. We are not paying anything to anyone anymore to remove these fake reviews.
Avoid any type of contact with Isac Christiansson.
Don't send them any money
I ordered a rear spoiler for my car. For payment, they said I had to wire them the money ($600), which I did and then they "ghosted" me. I emailed them many times over the following months and NEVER got a reply of any sort. And, never got the part!!!
As you see from their reply below, they are full of crap. They say they can not find my order but all they have to go on is my first name and a approximate dollar amount. Of course, they can't find it with that little information. I emailed them as recently as a week ago and still NO RESPONSE. DON'T TRUST THEM!

Sjelden fanger. Lang leveringstid var avtalt på forhånd.
Vi klarte likevel å få den ut relativt fort, så ble den mistet på en av terminalene til Bring. Produsert på nytt med prioritet tross mye å gjøre og sendt på nytt denne gangen med DHL. Du fikk selv følge med på sporingen og såg selv at esken reiste fram og tilbake mellom terminalene. Her brukte DHL to (2) måneder for å frakte en (1) kolli i 100 mil (ish). Dette er på ingen måte vanlig og det har aldrig skjedd tidligere (det skal veldig mye til for at det skal skje igjen). Den kom fram til slutt og bilen ble meget fin. Vi har sendt tilbud om kompensasjon til deg før du skrev innlegget. Vi har beklaget og lagt oss helt flate. Beklager igjen på vegne av DHL. Dessverre så er det slik at nettbutikkene lider når fraktsellskapene roter.
