Happy with my purchase, apart from couple of things

Managed to sort issues out

Excellent service. from ordering online, simple and efficient and then on time delivery.the gift arrived in excellent condition

Does exactly what they say on the "Tin"....no nasty surprises, would recommend

From ordering to delivery, the service was very efficient and prompt. Excellent.

Communication was excellent from the outset and as soon as there was a slight problem G and S were on it, finding a suitable alternative to the original item that was no longer available. A charming letter explained the
issue and dealt with it in an efficient manner. Could not fault.

Outstanding attention to customer service detail. Superbly packaged and posted in record time. Even placed an extra keepsake within the item requested.

Excellent communication and accommodation after a mistake I made. Great company.

Excellent customer service and prompt in answering shipping questions to Australia. Product purchased as described. Reliable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

Great service. Kept me updated on my order. Thanks a lot

Used this local company for first time recently as wanted to add to my aircraft model collection. Easy to use website, clear postage costs and reasonable prices. Only minor criticism is the assembly instruction sheet was for a different aircraft, but the pictures were easy to follow anyway....

Service and support on a rarely seen level. Highly recommended.

Model in mint condition, securely wrapped and quick to arrive. Definitely five stars for this friendly and professional seller.

First time buyer I am from this retailer. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and friendly service I received from the start. Even I had a problem with part of the product being broken and I was agreed a replacement very swiftly. Compared to another recent retailer on line Greg delivered an outstanding and exceptional service as this other retailer was not friendly what so ever!!! Thank you GSmodels!

No problems at all. I will be ordering from them again.
Recommend !

Speedy delivery, very well packed and model plane exactly as described. Perfect in every way and will definitely use again. Thanks.

First time customer, found them via ebay actually! They had an opportunity buy i could not let go!
They sent exactly what was on offer and was posted with care and well packaged.

Also felt for what it was,it was very fairly priced as i have seen the same brand with other liveries in the past go for much higher prices.

I could not fault them in anyway! Was a bit 'aware' as being a new company i have never used but i can assure you they did not let me down ! The model was what was exactly advertised and later i found their own website and on here reviews so knew they were legit!

I can certainly recommend this small family business!
They care about their custom.
