I’ve been a regular customer with G. Thomas and Sons for years. They offer prompt delivery, great service, and excellent value. Both the delivery team and office staff are consistently efficient and friendly. Their app simplifies ordering, and the company’s strong local roots are a real bonus. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered and paid on-line. Delivery stated on or before 28th November.
Phoned on the morning of 30th. had an apology and it would be delivered on Monday 2nd December. No delivery. Called at 4pm and no record of that date delivery. Delivered the next morning.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive notification of delivery and the delivery itself was unsuccessful. Typically, this will be because of the health and safety risk to our staff, customers, and the property.
I would like to investigate this to see whether a delivery notification was attempted and how we can make a successful delivery in the future.
