It is my second experience with GT Sealants for shower rooms stripping and re-sealing. Richard was great in supporting me, providing a customer-centric experience, with care and attention to my concerns. Luke arrived to review and complete the job perfectly on time and identified the issues quickly. Luke proceeded to correct them, with care, focus and attention, demonstrating great commitment to his expertise and to a job well done!

Not only does GT Sealants have extra customer service, but the mastic guy who attended was polite, engaging and efficient by carrying out the remedial works to a high standard. In addition, he briefed me before and on completion in how to maintain the shower cubicle in 'tip-top' condition. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to family/friends alike in the event of them considering works required to bathroom and showers etc.

Needed the sealant around the shower screen replaced. Couldn't find anyone local. Contacting GT Sealants was smooth and straightforward, explained the problem, the price was given over the phone and once accepted a date and time were given. Dan arrived and straight away apologised for being very slightly late due to traffic. He was very polite and did an excellent job.

Dan was very neat was givien the correct brief in terms of what works was required before attending the properly. Got the job done no hassle and very polite.
