Its so easy to access STOREX. Its all done on an app. This was quite alien to an old girl like me, but the staff were fantastic (and very patient). So now I'm in and out in no time at all.
Its all very clean and bright. There are plenty of trolly's and the loo is lovely and clean....... hygiene is a must for the women.
There is no doubt about it Watford Rotary wouldn't be able to do half their projects if it weren't for STOREX

Very professional and efficient. The woman behind the desk, whose name was Bena was excellent very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

Welcoming and friendly team, great digital experience too, the app is fantastic and the facility is clean, tidy, modern and incredibly sophisticated.

Generally a good app and a clean storage environments with helpful staff.

The lift was out every other time I went. While some of the staff are helpful, others are not; storage is not the easiest to get in and out of, and the cost just seems to climb - I would go with someone else

Impressive facilities. Clean new with easy access.
However the customer care by Rubal was excellent an exceptional young man who was willing to do his best throughout my moving process which I always find extremely stressful.

Great storage unit but you negotiate a price as you need long term storage and they don’t tell you that price will increase by 23% at 6 months then a further 15% on that cost at 1 year. Total cost increase on original price of 41% in a year which is appalling. Original cost £234
Per month. At 1 year £331. Needless to say I moved out at the 1 year and went elsewhere. Aside of that the units are great and managing through an app is fabulous but they need to be more transparent up front about price increases!

When I first called the chap explained that the unit was completely automated from an app. Opening the gate for entry to the site, opening the doors to get into the facility even to open your storage unit. Being of the older generation this did fill me with some apprehension, he had me on speaker phone and talked me through the entire process. Downloading the app and uploading my ID, until I was up and running. Very very helpful chap.

Storage was great and the staff very helpful. Only gripe is the price went up twice in six month which I found made it not worth the while to use storex.

A great check in experience with George and Sam. The facilities are clean, safe and practicle. The app locking system is very convenient and modern. Greatly recommended!

Absolutely great facility! I’ve had a FABLAB with them for a year and it’s been the best thing for my small business. Helpful staff, spaces maintain thoroughly and a wonderful environment to be in. Recommend STOREX 100%

The staff especially Gavin is great and also it is very good that I don't have to use the app inside elevators to start them up or down.The prices on long term are better than other storage companies.That improvement with the storage locks directly from the app seams a litlle bit strange but we will see in time.

The reason for my 1-star review is not because of the staff at the Sunbury branch—they are excellent. My issue is with senior management and their pricing decisions.
I have been a customer at the Sunbury branch since it first opened, and the only reason I have remained with the company is because of Raj. He consistently goes above and beyond for every customer. He is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely cares about customer service. In my opinion, he is one of the company’s greatest assets and deserves recognition for the outstanding work he does.
My complaint is directed at whoever is responsible for the annual price increases. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with the CEO, together with Raj at the Sunbury branch, to discuss how the company can justify increasing long-term customers’ storage fees by around 30% every year. In my experience, most other storage companies increase prices by around 5–10%, depending on how long a customer has been with them.
These repeated large increases make loyal customers feel undervalued. I’ve spoken to many people who have left because they simply couldn’t justify the continual rises. Building a successful business is about retaining loyal customers through excellent service and fair pricing—not pricing them out.
I don’t know how these pricing decisions are made, but they are damaging customer loyalty and, in my opinion, driving business away.
Once again, I want to make it clear that my criticism is not aimed at the staff in Sunbury. Raj is exceptional, and his commitment to customers is the main reason I’ve stayed with the company. The business needs more managers like him.
I respectfully ask the CEO to read this review and arrange a meeting with me and Raj at the Sunbury branch to discuss the pricing strategy and how it is affecting long-standing customers.
