Lift one month didn't work, had use stairs, but for Storex everything OK. Storex said that I can come at 8 a.m. , wait whole hour and at 9 a.m someone come and help with it. Here is not customer friendly company. Sorry, that no competitors in my area. if it would be I would be happy to leave Storex.

Raj made everything very easy ,helpful is extremly helpful and knowledgable.

Clean, new site. Good accessibility. Friendly and helpful staff. Not easy to make telephone contact though.

The staff were all extremely helpful and very professional, nothing was too much bother for them.

I recently moved from another storage provider to Storex in Brentford. The main reason for the change was the service being offered at the other site. Storex was also more conveniently located. I have been very pleased with the Storex facility and the staff have been extremely helpful.

From the onset the staff was really great in assisting me choose a unit based off of my needs and explained the process really well. They were really thorough in move-in day as well. Took their time in showing me how the facilities work and were friendly throughout.

Just been in to book a unit, Gavin and Gemma were absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful.

I found signing up was effortless, it was done all within the app. When onsite I found the help given by Gavin and Gemma to be priceless! both were very friendly, explained how to use the facility and were very prompt in addressing any questions I had.

The only reason i've given 4 not 5 stars, is not down to the staff, but because of the restrictions by storex itself – whom only allow access to my storage locker during staffed hours (because it's a small locker).

Gavin was very knowledgeable and explained how the unit works in a very thorough way. He was super friendly and reassured us that he can help us any time we need it. Very impressed with Gavin!

The service from start to finish from sign up, quotations, needs analysis, and on going daily care and hospitality whenever I visit the unit is first class. Bena has provided 100% care and attention and is a first rate site manager and human being applying care throughout the customer journey. She’s a huge credit to STOREX!

Great service from first enquiry through to booking. Gavin is very personable and has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, making the experience seamless. The units are very new, modern and clean with ample parking outside and lifts. Looking forward to moving in now! Many thanks!

Storex is how all storage will be in the future and we will look back at laugh at how grim the other places used to be. I have nothing but good things to say about Storex in Sunbury; both the set up and design and Raj who was a total star at helping me (and the removal team) to "move in". I had looked at a few places before settling on here and so pleased I kept looking.

Gavin was welcoming, informative and very easy to communicate with. He showed me 2 units and advised me well on items I had to store. I appreciated his honesty around the size of the unit I needed.
