Great place to store anything. People are great. They are kind and courteous and helpful.
Guardian Storage has good security. I have not any problems with their security.

Their is one thing. The displays are the keypad to enter and exit are extremely,if not impossible to read, weather it be on a cloudy or sunny day.
The lcd display need to be looked at or upgraded.

Just because the gate opens(it could be another vehicle coming in or leaving), it doesn't mean you have approval to enter or exit.

It is very difficult to read the display to make sure you have entered the correct code, and the gate is opening for you.

Hi, just want to first put in a 5 star for the property manager, Michael Murphy at the Bridgeville, PA facility. When the elevator in our storage building broke down when we were changing storage locations he was more than accommodating and extremely helpful. He did everything he could to offer help and assistance until the elevator was fixed. However, since this is feedback for corporate, I think for those customers who were directly affected and greatly impacted by no elevator for over 3 months should have been given a major discount for those months, or offered a month free rent for the inconvenience. It took MONTHS to get a functioning elevator to our unit floor. I think Corporate figured it would be too much trouble for disgruntled customers to move. Not a good service move if you want referrals from existing customers!

It has been almost 1yr since we began our storage unit. I never worry about my items as they are safe and secure. The staff are wonderful, very kind, informative. The site is well maintained , clean , accessible dollies / carts for loading and unloading my items. Would highly recommend this location .

First the folks at Guardian are very helpful and always ready to assist you in your needs. Secondly, the facility is very secure and I always feel that my items are safe at Guardian. Lastly, the climate control system allows you to safely store items that would be ruined in an unregulated environment.

I recommend this storage facility without reservation. It is secure, climate controlled, convenient hours, and very clean. I have used other facilities in the past and this is by far the best. Also, the on site manager is always cheerful and very helpful. I never worry about the possessions I store there and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I rented a spot to store my mother's things after she passed away. They were easy to deal with and the place was very clean. It was nice to be able to use their truck to move everything too. If I need to rent a storage space in the future, I will definitely pick Guardian again.

For a SELF-storage place, they sure are helpful. The staff will go above and beyond with spare boxes, lending a hand, etc. They are not open 24/7, but they were always open when I need to get to my storage unit. I wish this company was nationwide.

I have used storage units in many different states spending a career in the United States Navy. Guardian Storage was the safest, cleanest and was very reasonable. They also had everything from boxes & tape to locks & magic markers to write on my boxes. Also the one I used in west Mifflin, Pittsburgh, PA had a company van that they allow renters to use to transport our storage from home to our unit there. It made a 20 trip by car to be a 1 time trip using their van. The best company I ever stored with.

From the renting of my storage unit to moving out I had a great experience. The manager Jerry was very informative and friendly. He showed me all units that could apply to my situation. I was able to make the right choice for my needs. Every time I stopped to load my unit it was always lit and clean. I never felt unsafe at any time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking. If the needs requires it I would definitely use them again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was my first time using a storage unit and I couldn't be more pleased. Alberto is wonderful! He is very perfessional, knowledgeable and has great customer service. The facility is very clean, has covered loading dock, flat bed carts, alarms and security cameras.

You will be very happy with this storage facility!

The Guardian Storage facility in West Mifflin, Pa provided us with a very good experience. They were efficient, up front with pricing and explanation of requirements and very easy to deal with. If we ever need a storage facility again, I'm sure we'll be back.

I have found Guardian to be a great company to work with. Our space is bright and clean and easy to get in and out of. Also I love the fact that they are involved in our community, supporting local charities and participating in activities. I also feel very secure and I know they are paying attention to make sure our stored items are safe and secure.

I would highly recommend Guardian Storage in Westminster, Co. All the staff and friendly and very helpful, and the perks of storing your belongings in a very secure environment. They offer that "little extra" that goes a long way.

not much to say except they have been helpful, friendly, easy ot use onlone services. Have had no problems at all.

My experience could not have better. Propery always clean , orderly ,and very efficient . On line billing was a big plus ! I would highly recommend for any storage needs

People in charge were very friendly and amenable . The unit was clean, easily accessible, and a comfortable temperature.

I have had my items and goods there for several years. i am very happy about the experience there. Only one issue, the elevator, the one farthest from the main gates does seem to have problems. This is the most frustrating issue i have ever had. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

Three years ago, I made some bad storage choices and called Guardian for help. Anita took great care of my issues, provided several options and my storage problems were solved in 30 minutes. I've been with Guardian ever since and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Go anywhere but to Guardian.

Their service is very effective service because they make sure the storage keep run very smoothly and safe. They keep communication to everyone if any events, closed, birthday greeting and discount and so on. I am very much appreciated that my storage keep my things is in good condition and well take care. Also, I am appreciated that they re trying to make effort to communicate with me and good gesture( sense of humor).
