Good experience thanks to Sam S.

Sam S. was pretty easy to work with and provided guidance on the claim process. I work in loss control for a commercial carrier, and it was nice to have a good experience with another company.

Guide One Is Worthless!!

Blvd Baptist Church had Guide One Insurance for many years as our carrier, both our building and church auto. We still have our auto with them presently....however the real problem is they raised our building insurance premium up $15,000 in one year for no apparent reason. I called the corporate office...no answer...I spoke to one person their "area" manager was to call me...still waiting for the call....needless to say we dropped them...and went with another company...same coverage and $5000 lower than our original cost with Guide One...Buyer beware...

I was very dissatisfied with the Claims…

I was very dissatisfied with the Claims Rep (Ben). Ben sent Service Masters to assist with our flood who was very helpful. But Ben was difficult to work with and did not follow up with the field claims adjuster or Service Master.

First Claim

We had a claim after 20+ years and except for the volume of texts from some of the suppliers, Guide One (Donna Johnson) did a great job in efficiently, quickly and completely handling our claim.
