Customer service is great, communicate when I asked for updates. Prices were reasonable. Just wish they gave update orders a little more frequently when you order something off backorder.

Product arrived in undamaged packaging within the time frame estimated at point of purchase. Delivery was by Royal Mail and tracking was provided.
This is a birthday gift for my son so the inner box containing the kit pieces has not been opened yet. Hopefully all parts will be present and I'll have a happy son!

Parcel arrived damaged and the contents inside were also damaged. Very disappointing as it was a hard to get hold of Gunpla.

First time I ordered off them.
First time I ordered off them,even though it had a possible 30 day order window because it was on backorder,model kit arrived I'd say within a 20 day window,very well packaged no issues or damage. Definitely have gained a happy customer and a return buyer,plus for those who have never used these guys they give very good information about the kits including photos of product and videos showing you what to expect in your box. Very well priced and no issue ordering or delivery which was next day and arrived next day once receiving delivery email with full tracking information. Gunpla-San thank you.
