I recently ordered a stairmill and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first follow-up call, the customer service was excellent.

Delivery and assembly were just as impressive. The team who came out were absolutely amazing—professional, and friendly throughout. They made the whole process seamless, and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

On top of that, the stairmill itself is fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I had a small issue with one of the beams from Gymgear, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it was handled. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely fantastic.

As soon as I got in touch, the team arranged for the beam to be collected and replaced without any hassle at all. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. They sent out a brand new beam in the exact same colour, and everything was sorted quickly and professionally.

It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days. Gymgear handled the situation perfectly and made what could have been a frustrating issue completely stress-free. I’d highly recommend them to anyone – brilliant service and a great company to deal with.

Purchased Nordictrack tour de france bike from gymgear after researching prices and packages and found that price lower than anywhere I looked and free delivery which definitely made my mind up , as most companies where charging €89 delivery fee in Dublin . Arrived on time good communication couldn't fault the service. Robbie..
