Excellent service
Amir and his team were extremely responsive, highly professional and very helpful. They were able to sort out a replacement boiler and fix underfloor heating within less than 12 hours notice.

Water Pressure Problems
Amir visited my property and was able to locate the problem regarding the water pressure for both the hot and cold water. [unlike the 2 previous plumbing companies who advised to call another plumber] Having recently had a new boiler installed Amir gave a couple of suggestions to resolve the problem. Over the weekend Amir worked on a plan on the work required for a new water feed into the property. Within 4 days Amir was available to proceed with the work replacing the normal gas boiler with a combi boiler and new water feed for the property. I would recommend H3GS Heating, they gave me advise how they could resolve the problem and the work they would be doing. They were very professional, kept the property tidy whilst doing the work.

Good job, nice people
Elderly parents needed a new boiler. Visit and quote done quickly. Had text conversation about suitable thermostat. So communication was excellent. On day, arrived as agreed, stayed late to finish the job and tidy up. They were understanding of my payment delays due to Barclays. So nice people to do business with. Also, I later decided the thermostat was not in a convenient place and they came back and re positioned it the next day. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend
We were recommended H3GS by a neighbour and their service has been incredible. Amir and his colleagues are responsive, reassuring and efficient. Amir took the time out to explain everything clearly and kindly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient service done to a really high standard.

Recommend and will use again
Would definitely recommend H3GS and will be using them again. Our boiler stopped working and the team were super responsive. They were able to come and help me fix the issue the same day at a resonable price.

My hero in an emergency
I can only mirror what has been written in the review below. H3GS is a fresh breeze of air and restored my faith in tradesman.
Twice I used H3GS. Once for a real emergency of water escape, the 2nd time to replace parts of the water supply. Both times H3GS delivered professional service. Amir was quick, calm and kind. He took the time to explain the situation with such great energy and gave me great guidance in what to do if I ever experience escape of water again. Its very refreshing to learn something along the way.
I can strongly recommend H3GS and wish them great success for their business.
Thank you once again for arriving so quickly and fixing the situation in my emergency.
