I am giving five stars to this North Melbourne habitat store and really any of their stores. I’ve been to the East Brunswick one as well and I find the staff to be incredibly helpful efficient friendly and just good people. My cat really loves this store too.

Easy to navigate online store, good to see delivery and diff rent pick up options when items not available in nearest store. Order was ready fast. Friendly staff in store.

Habitat is the local pet store I choose to shop at for almost everything related to my cat as I’m usually popping in at least once a week regular members of staff remember my name They're really helpful
I recently needed some advice on worming products and they were fantastic. They really know their stuff I would highly recommend popping in. They have all sorts of services a price match and they are rarely out of stock of products and if you can’t get it at one store one of their other stores will definitely have it. I’ve also visited the store in East Brunswick and they were just brilliant in there.

Great selection and great service. Very personable. Received my package almost immediately (in 3 days). Tracking was available too. Would purchase from here again.

I had a manufacturing issue with one of the items, and the area manager came the next day to swap it out.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and there's plenty of choice in the stock. The stores are spacious and easy to navigate. The staff give excellent advice about caring for pets especially when you're a new owner.

Order arrived so, so quick and so well packed. Great Price too!

Price was good & the pickup service was quick & efficient.

I ordered online, as I have previously. Every other customer service consultant has only asked for the confirmation email. This time I had to show id as well. I said who is going to have my phone, with the emails and pick up dog food for a dog they don’t have. Wasted my time and turned it into a negative experience. The confirmation emails prove proof of purchase etc.
