Very wholesome products. We are still making our way through the different flavours. Its nice to see a good quality product, although I'd like to know about whether they use ethical sourcing.

Customer service and product range exceptional.
Greeted when entered and asked if she could help, which she did. Then gave me time to browse as it was my first time there. She offered me to ask for help if I needed. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly personality.
Your product range is excellent. Much more than the usual range of the higher end of organic and natural items.
Asked if she could be of any further assistance before I left. So from entering to leaving customer service can’t be faulted.

Exceptional customer service
My original product was damaged in transit so I emailed Habitat with pictures of the damage. Kate organised for a replacement product to be sent free of charge immediately. Some of the best customer service I have experienced.

Amazing service
The same day service from Habitat Pet Supplies is amazing! I’ve used it numerous times now but recently as my dog was recovering from surgery I needed supplies quickly and each time I ordered the delivery was at my door within the hour! They always have what I need in stock and the prices are very competitive. Thanks for making my life a whole lot easier 😊
