The material is sufficient I would be really helpful if the transcripts and answers were somewhere easily accessible. I think the price is not reasonable considering all to are paying for is some recordings. The resource could really use some extra teaching activities.

Process of making online order is good with good directives on how to log in. The only thing to work on is customer service reply to questions asked and a proper customer service email should be accessed anywhere.

We had never subscribed to the e-verisons of Geography Review and Law Review and was unsure how to get access and give access. The replies to emails were quick and easy to understand

The books were ordered in May, but have still not been delivered, even though they have been paid for. It is not 1 book, but whole 32 books, which are very urgently needed for students! Bad and unprofessional attitude.

It tooks numerous emails before you could sort out this issue - you moved Rising Stars over to Boost without any notification or warning. This cause real issues within our school.
