Hader Institute of Education is one of Australia's highest-rated online RTOs — delivering nationally recognised qualifications in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, and Alcohol & Other Drugs. We're 100% online and self-paced, with live trainer-led sessions, Guaranteed Work Placement through our partner SkilTrak, and interest-free payment plans from just $28 per week. But what our students talk about most isn't the courses — it's the people. Viki. Cayan. Blake. Duane. Charlotte. Trainers named by name in hundreds of reviews as the reason a student made it through. That level of care isn't accidental. It's the standard we hire to and the culture we build every day. If you're considering studying with us — you're in the right place. These reviews are from real students, at every stage of their journey. Read them, ask us anything, and when you're ready, book a free 30-minute call with one of our course advisors. No pressure. Outstanding support from Cecille Galura and Bernadette Lee at Hader Institute!
I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for my assessor-led roleplay assessors, Cecille Galura and Bernadette Lee, from Hader Institute. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.
From start to finish, both Cecille and Bernadette demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They were always punctual, well-prepared, and structured every session seamlessly. Beyond their punctuality, what stood out most was their warm, encouraging, and constructive approach. Doing roleplays can naturally feel daunting, but they instantly created a safe, welcoming, and reassuring environment that allowed me to perform at my best and gain true confidence in my practical skills.
Their feedback was clear, actionable, and genuinely insightful, showing how dedicated they are to helping students succeed. Their expertise and support made a world of difference in my learning journey.
I couldn't have asked for better assessors. Thank you so much, Cecille and Bernadette, and thank you Hader Institute for having such dedicated educators on your team!
