Zero stars from me

Zero stars from me. Have only used the company for six months and today was the 2nd time that my delivery failed to arrive at all. Despite confirmation texts and emails.
So I phoned customer services (the webcam was not available), and after a 15 minute wait I was cut off at 4.30pm because that's when the phone lines close on a Saturday. I'm sorry, but you should always clear the calls in the system.
Awful delivery service, awful customer service and now no life saving medication either. Just here for a rant. I will also complain formally (again).

Twice now they have failed to deliver…

Twice now they have failed to deliver my very urgent medication with no text or call to explain why! And when I call to ask apparently my meds have failed to make the delivery van yet again! Absolutely appalled by this company and service! Why is it so difficult?

Terrible service

Terrible service. Constantly fail to deliver orders. Late orders. 30 min queues to resolve the same issue over and over. Awful.

Very poor service

Premium rate phone numbers, long (>100) queues for chat and orders that fail to turn up...

3 times in the last week I have placed an order for injectable meds that are already overdue - 3 times the order has "not been logged" on my account, 3 times I have taken 1/2 day out to be home for a delivery that fails to appear, 3 times the person on the chat is unapologetic (after all, it wasn't them personally who took the previous order, was it?)

And they ask for feedback after every chat? Overkill!

Very poor service - I will inform the hospital department that uses this service so perhaps they can put some decent penalty clauses into the contract next time or even changes the supplier...

Constantly fails to deliver

I've been with Healthcare at home for years now, as my hospital uses them to deliver expensive medication that needs refrigeration and I get no choice.

They have failed so many times to deliver my medication. Not just that they deliver late - they don't deliver at all.

Noone calls back to rearrange or explain why. On one occasion I was left without medication and they had to arrange an emergency courier on a 4 hour round-trip.

I have complained numerous times to them and every time there is a new excuse and even more empty promises of getting it right "the next time" or that "this is not the level of service we expect to provide". Lovely copy-paste response, empty of meaning.

The stress of having to constantly arrange your life around deliveries that are not happening is unbelievable.

Pretty much the same as everyone else…

Pretty much the same as everyone else here. Delivery slot was 08:00-13:00. (I leave for work at 14:00). Made sure with support that was correct date/time, all good. Time to go to work yet still no meds. Try to call them up for 20mins+ and nothing since live chat doesnt always show up on mobile.. eventually get through on live chat just to be told that they dont know the ETA nor drivers contacts.. ridiculous.. I ask them to attach a note for the driver to call me up when hes nearby so id leave work. Day ends, nothing. No meds to be found. Terrible company

Not good for me

OK, I can see the for some the phone communication it's more relevant. I sorry, but I have to call them (today) twice to let me know about the delivery just to find out that it would be re-delivered for the 3rd time on the 15th. That is not good at all, they could have contact me. I have 4 days of medication that I need to take ever day. So as such I will have to contact the Hospital to arrange a different way to collect the medication, not good at all a waist of time waiting for nothing.

I’ve never met a rude driver. The telephone exchanges I’ve had with the company have always been good. They have never left me with no meds. The whole experience of my interactions with this company have been good

Apathy

I have for some time put off my rant,however when i now telephone i expect a wait of 11mins plus and this does not seem to be addressed any time of day!
More importantly my postcode is incorrct...but ive had a delivery before that and postcode was fine.
As i write I'm waiting the revised delivery...ooooo and ive been without This medication for some while...but that does nothing to therefore speed up the delivery.unfortunatly an apathy is setting in where they put themselves first

Shame there are no negative or zero…

Shame there are no negative or zero stars.
Having used this company for years, eventually they got it right. However, after a break from the meds and having to restart, all the initial incompetency has returned- with a vengeance. Even my gp surgery has never heard of them. Two calls of an hour each, a day off waiting in for the delivery, when all I needed was my magic individual number, to be found on my welcome pack. WHAT WELCOME PACK ?????
Welcome ? I'd love to tell them where to shove it but they are not answering my emails either.
Useless.

The most incompetent company

The most incompetent company! Have had to chase and chase following consecutive failed deliveries. The ‘customer therapy co-ordinators’ are generally unhelpful and not at all proactive, although one chap was very helpful once I totally kicked off after making yet another formal complaint. It doesn’t feel like a service that takes patient healthcare seriously at all.

Totally rubbish company for delivering medicine. They give you a time and never stick to it and then do not even have the decency to let you know they are running late.

Absolute total utter incompetence

one department doesn't know what the other is doing ...iv jus gone through the patient advocacy because was left with no meds...guess what ..got letter through the post with cock and bull story .and in the meantime AGAIN they've left me without meds...going through ombudsman now iv had enough that's 3 X in 6months . Imbeciles
