… so it might make hair loss WORSE for 6 months 😱
Months 12–18: Peak results with noticeable improvements in density and thickness.
Hardly the case if you have long hair.

Excellent customer service! I recently purchased a charger and didn’t realize that it was the European version, I called customer service and talked to a Andrea and explained what I had ordered and that I needed the US version, she put me on a brief hold and the next thing I knew she was shipping me out the part I needed no questions asked.

I called Hairmax today and told them that I bought their product off of Amazon and would like to know if they could verify that my product was actually from Hairmax. I told the young lady Andrea who was helping me that I felt like an idiot, but this was a big purchase for me and I didn’t do a lot of that on Amazon. I told her I done a lot of research on Hairmax all the good reviews clinical trials and everything directed me to buy one of their products. The young lady on the phone Andrea was very kind and helpful and got my question answered very quickly. Totally ecstatic that I made a good decision when I bought it and it is legitimately from Hairmax. She told me that I could do my warranty while she was on the phone with me and I said yes absolutely thank you. She was very sweet very kind and professional. She gave me great confidence to know if I ever have to call Hairmax they will take care of me!!!

Since my doctor had given me information on Hairmax, I wanted to do some research on this product. I went to their website for some answers. I still had questions and entered into a chat. Andrea was very knowledgeable and responsive and I made the decision to purchase. Thank you!

I recently spoke with a gentleman (unfortunately, I forgot his name), but I just wanted to say he was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly helpful — in fact, he’s the one who convinced me to purchase the LaserBand 82.

Customer Service Needs Improvement - I ordered a Laserband 82 and a Density 3 pc Bio Active Therapy Starter Set. My shipment contained only the band. When I called customer service, after being on hold forever mind you, the woman basically stated that they shipment weight indicated that the box contained the Density 3 pc set. So what? As a first time customer you are calling me a liar? The Density 3 pc set weighs 5 ounces per their website, and even the AI review results state this company is known for inconsistent order fulfillment. Great way to treat a brand new customer. I'll make sure the dermatologist who recommended this company knows how Hairmax treats their clients. Maybe the company needs to account for all the little half-ounce free samples someone places in the boxes. Ridiculous! This company won't be in business long if it treats people this way.

I'm a 37 year old male with mild/ early hair loss. I've used HairMax consistently for around 1 year. I haven't really found it effective - it doesn't seem to be slowing hair loss for me. Also, the battery doesn't beep when the 1 hour session is done - this stopped working after about 6 months. I'd expect better from such an expensive device. The medication that affects DHT (finasteride etc) probably works better; I just don't want to mess around with my hormones.
EDIT: Can you please share a UK phone number I can contact about the battery not beeping? I'm in the UK.

Human answers the phone in about 3-4 rings, not a computer. Customer service excellent. Easy to use the 272 cap and can move around while using it. Hairmax came doctor recommended- 2 doctors. Although, I'm new to using it, I see results - less hair fall out and transplants seem to be doing well. Independent reviews I read gave the Hairmax 272 cap excellent ratings. I'm happy

I purchased a laser cap back in Feb.2025. It was working fine until it wasn't. I called Hairmax and spoke to a lovely person named Yaritza. She asked me some questions, and I sent pictures of the device. I was very anxious that it was not going to get replaced she assured me she was going to help resolve the issue. Within a couple days they figured out the issue and told me the replacement was on its way. She explained everything every step of the way. She was very helpful and kind.
I live in Canada and was told I'd get in 7-10 days.
Great customer service.

I am a breast cancer survivor, and I have been struggling with hair loss since I started chemotherapy in December 2022. I tried many other hair loss products that didn't work well.
I have been a Hairmax customer since 8/2024. I have the LaserBand 82, and I use all the products (shampoo, conditioner, Acceler8 and scalp serum). My hair is growing very well, despite being on Exemestane. In an effort to boost my hairline further, I just moved from Nutrafol to Actonis. I'm excited to see what it will do.

Habe das Laserband 82 und die komplette Pflegeprodukte bestellt. Bestellung und Versandt waren top. Die Pflegeprodukte riechen einmalig gut. Schade dass es nicht als Parfum gibt. Das Hairbooster ist etwas stark für eine sensible Kopfhaut.
Meine Kopfhaut hat sich mit der regelmäßigen Nutzung des Laserbands beruhigt. Neue Haare wachsen nach. Ein Hinweis hatte ich überlesen und zwar dass man anfangs vermehrt Haarausfall haben kann. So war es bei mir der Fall also nicht aufgeben es lohnt sich. Unterstütze aber das ganze seit einiger Zeit mit einem Dermaroller

Carlos Escobar is a tremendous asset for Hairmax. I have a couple of areas on my beard that do not fully grow in. I called to check out what kind of options there might be. Carlos explained each product and patiently answered my thousand questions. Together we came to the conclusion that the Ultima 12 Lasercomb would likely be the best option for my application, although he clearly stated that it was not guaranteed or endorsed for that purpose. It would help when I have stressed-induced alopecia, which can be emabarrasing.
I am still checking out some other options, but if I do end up buying the Lasercomb, it will strictly be due Carlos Escobar's phenomenal customer service and knowledge.
