majority of all the good 5 star reviews praising them are all from the same person IN the company. the typing and x’s (xx or xo) are all the exact same at the end of each review. do they think we’re that dumb? theyre typing these good reviews trying to save face from their horrendous company so please don’t let them rip you off and fool you. the extensions are low quality, frizzy and dry. colors don’t match what is shown on the website, it’s a scam. sorry to say but if it looks more affordable, theres a reason why.

Absolutely horrendous company i ordered platinum blonde and they sent me a brown/orange extentions and tried to say that was there blonde it was brown when i say brown iy was brown and orange nothing blonde in it if i could submit photos i would all they ate saying is i will get a refund but have to pay to post it back and they will take postage of my refund what a awful company with miss information regarding there colours it isnt a slight colour correction its megga to the point my salon cant do anything with this hair as its brown and orange i ordered the lightest blonde they have avoided ordering from this company

Love using this company, affordability is important these days just as much as the quality. Wouldn’t use any other hair now for myself and my clients. Great communication, they helped me promptly with colour matches and all my questions. 1st class service ++

Bought 250 grams of tapes in January . I start taking them off after 1 months due to the low hair quality.

Their hair is so nice and soft to touch, and blends nicely with my natural hair, I get so many compliments!!! Fantastic colour match and long and thick strands. Price is great aswell. Would deffo recommend to others :))))

Been using these few years and never had a problem until now. Hair is awful. asked for advise and was told as we had done one purple shampoo which in the past and never caused a problem they basically didn’t want to know. Hair is so dry brittle and knotty. I kept asking for some advice and just kept being told to check their terms an conditions. And read after care. We have done 2 intensive conditioning treatments and it’s made no difference. Customer service shocking, hair shocking. I’ll go back to another brand I use as these seem to handle the odd purple shampoo no problem. Really disappointed

I ordered a few bits for Christmas presents and they received very quickly. The hair is fantastic and really good quality. Will definitely use them again, cannot fault the products whatsoever xx

Absolute garbage, not even worth £10. Obviously fake, sparse, frizzy and smells like plastic. Complete waste of money.

I made an order for the hair extension holder and its definitely one of my best buys, as it saves time when installing the hair for my client’s and keeps everything nice and organised, everyone who works with hair extensions needs one of these, I wished I had purchased one sooner!

Fabulous item, I brought a Remi clipin set and I’m most impressed. The colour matched well with my hair and blended great. It was very easy to put in and take out when not needed. I’ve bought from them a few times now and so have my friends, only negative I would say is that they need to offer more colours but otherwise very satisfied x

I brought the HairX pro wooden hair brush and it’s brilliant to use with my hair extensions. As advertised it’s great at detangling and the brush glides through the hair and doesn’t pull on the bonds. I highly recommend this product 👍🏻

Had these extensions for 6/7 weeks and they started to shred, become extremely dry/frizzy and split ended. When emailing the company to try and seek refund or a replacement, I was asked the same Questions repeatedly and to be told if I answer them within 7 days I will be given "expert aftercare advice"
No offer of refund or replacement! Disgraceful!

I purchased a clip-in fringe and an extension brush and I was a bit sceptical at first due to the low price but my order arrived quickly and the quality and colour was perfect. And the option to buy via PayPal in 3 monthly payments is fantastic. Absolutely no complaints so far and love the hair!

Hair is terrible quality, like hair hanging on those witches hats on Halloween.
Colour is yellow blonde not platinum. Ends are whispy and frayed, Received the hair got it fitted, can’t wait to take it out, it looks pathetic, Won’t be buying again, waste of money.

Don’t call it platinum blonde then! Call it yellow blonde! Then it won’t be misleading, I don’t need to contact your customer service team to tell me the same thing you have, it’s obvious that the hair cannot be returned or refunded once it has been taken out of the packaging, as all hair buyers will know, you cannot determine the quality of the hair until you have installed it and washed it, so try all you want to undermine me, it doesn’t work.

Best weave and value for money, the colours are beautiful and the results flawless. Arrives on time and well packaged. Would highly recommend. Jen 💕
