Staff make a business
This review could have been very, very negative except the customer service I have received from one staff member Dylan at the Ladas Drive Branch was second to none! He bent over backwards to help me with skirting boards for my downstairs which were only available in other branches because I wanted an unpopular board. He kept me informed and I advised I was waiting on other tradesmen before I needed them. The boards were sold while I was getting the work done so when I needed them at short notice again his customer service was superb! He got them ordered from the other branch and it all arrived as expected. Definitely deserves to be recognised for his effort! Thank you Dylan it was much appreciated and made this purchase one less thing to worry about.

Delivery was faster than expected
Delivery was faster than I had been led to believe even though there was a shortage of some elements of the order in the branch I put the order in with. Two lorries appeared (due to collecting from different depots. Both drivers were cheery, polite and helpful. The driver of the larger crane lorry with 3 x 750kg bags of sand and quarry dust took great care manoeuvering in our driveway. Good prices too.

Delivery driver was great
Delivery driver was great, my only slight complaint is you didn't update me at all on when the delivery was coming, I had to ring in but the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and freindly!!

Would highly recommend..I ordered doors from here and a man Carl helped me as I didn't have a clue what I was looking for. He couldn't have been more helpful and made sure I got what I needed. There was a slight problem with the order, I had ordered the wrong size of doors and he went above and beyond to get them lifted and the correct size delivered back to me in time for my joiner coming to do the work..10/10 😃

I ordered the item online and had a very prompt response, to let me know my order was ready for collection.
The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful as was the young fella in the yard, who loaded my order (bags of stones) into the car.

Ordered for click and collect on 3rd October and told that I would be notified when it's ready to collect. A week later I'm still waiting with no correspondence...

I was able to place an order for some thin wood cladding which was a a good price and in stock in Northern Ireland (most suppliers of this stuff have left this place completely!)
