I booked Halo cars after reviewing a lot of companies. The communication was very clear about who would pick us up. Our driver, Duncan was a great professional and extremely polite. For me and my sister, we felt safe and also received several wonderful tips about places to visit close to Northampton. I would definitely recommend the service & I would use it myself when travelling to the UK to visit my family. It is a comfortable, safe and professional service.

Halo cars was easy to deal with. Great communication updates and confirmation of dates, driver etc. Our driver Khalid Ahmed was fantastic. He arrived early, helped with bags, was very courteous and was very accommodating and considerate. He had bottled water for each of us which was appreciated given the 4.5 hour drive ahead. He constantly checked to see if we needed to stop and if everything was ok. I highly recommend him as a driver, he represents Halo Cars well.

The Driver found me in the arrivals lounge and the drive to Nottingham was comfortable and safe. He is a good driver. If I need another car from an airport, I will use Halo.

The booking info was clear and I was able to contact my driver in advance. I'd recommend using Halo Cars.

The booking process for a trip from Much Wenlock to Birmingham Airport was very smooth. When I phoned later with a query it was answered promptly and clearly. Our driver turned up in good time and phoned to let us know he was there. Apparently he'd arrived half an hour earlier than that to be sure of not being late and he told us that he'd actually left an hour early, but had been held up for half an hour, thereby demonstrating the benefits of leaving plenty of time. Waqas Ahmed's driving was very good indeed and we felt perfectly relaxed - an unusual experience in a cab! The drop off was close to the entrance and he also pointed us in the right direction. The car was impeccably clean. Everything made for an excellent, relaxed start to our trip. Would most definitely use again.
