I booked at 11am for a car at 16:45 - no car turned up, phoned, no driver available and I have to be somewhere at a specific time - still 15 mins later no car, so I had to cancel as i was going to be late - you have the cheek to charge £23 for a car you cannot provide!! I have gold status on my work AL account but will no longer will i let my team use Addison Lee. Over to Blacklane now!!

Booked a car well in advance to collect me from London. When the pickup time arrived, I received no confirmation, and after waiting 15 minutes I called the centre. The automated message stated there were no drivers available and no ETA. An agent then told me there were 20–30 minute delays. I called again 30 minutes later and was given the same response.
Not impressed — especially being seven months pregnant. Thankfully Uber were available, so I cancelled the Addison Lee booking. Any bet that if the job had been on the company account, I would certainly have been picked up…

The Tube strike caused carnage and after queuing for what seemed like hours waiting for the black cab/bus queues to go down we managed to get a cab with Addison Lee. The roads were gridlocked into and out of the O2 but even so, Simon kept us updated on his whereabouts. We had already missed our train by the time we had called AL so Simon dropped another family off and then drove us home to Surrey. The car was a lovely Audi used for exec pick ups and we were charged a normal rate which was appreciated. We were advised by staff at the O2 that Uber and Bolt regularly cancel their bookings so I would only use a reputable company like Addison Lee for O2 bookings in the future.

8 April, Heathrow airport to Walthamstow. Addison Lee's driver Hamid went above the call of duty when he noticed that I was desperate to get hold of my husband in NZ. My esim was not working when I arrived, so he offered his personal phone, so I managed to call my husband. Hamid was very friendly, made sure that I was safe when I got off his taxi, waited till I got in the house before driving off. 5 stars for an excellent service.
