Never use this testing service
Never use this testing service. Despite me reminding the staff that my test results had not come thru, and also there was barely anyone else there, they returned my test nearly two hours after I took it. I missed my flight as a result. Thanks Halo for a terrible testing experience and rubbish customer service line.

I had to use Halo three times in…
I had to use Halo three times in December due to travel. Each time they were super efficient with results coming through in about six hours. Compared to other companies the price was good too.

Thank you for your review. The testing location at T5 is based in the Sofitel which is a 5min walk from the terminal itself, and is well signposted. The Sofitel is a quiet location where travellers can go to take their test on arrival in peace and privacy away from the busy terminal which we felt was much better after a flight.

Cynical ripoff
I booked two fast track pcr tests on Monday 28/2/22 through the Halo app for an upcoming trip to Dubai. We would be collecting the tests from the Halo site at the Sofitel Hotel Heathrow T5 on 9/3/22.
A friend of ours mentioned to us on Monday evening, that Dubai lifted the requirement for fully vaccinated passengers entering Dubai to have a negative pcr test on Saturday 26/2/22.
The tests are ridiculously expensive at £158 for two travellers.
I rang Halo today 2/3/22 to explain that they had basically sold me two tests that I didn’t need. The lady I spoke to was totally disinterested and said that it was up to me to find out.
I will be taking this further, but just wanted to flag this up to anyone else travelling to Dubai

We simply provide a service which sells tests to customers that they have chosen themselves, so in this case you purchased a PCR kit from us, and we sold you the one that you selected from our site. If your travel plans change, or rules for travel change for specific destinations this is not our responsibility, and we cannot not issue a refund for this as per our refund policy which can be found on our site.

Quick turnaround of test results
We have used Halo test results on two occasions now. Both times the results come through quickly and the process was smooth. We suspect that one of our results that came back was a false positive - which caused some difficulties. We initially received a negative certificate, which was later revoked and replaced by a positive result.

Generally frustrating website
Generally frustrating website. Unable to apply the BA discount offered. Booked and paid and then somehow booking cancelled. Instructions on how to book for collection were not clear. Tele staff however were very helpful so all fine in the end. Not necessary to have the stress hence only 3 stars.
